boruto x Fem reader: Out Of Reach

Chapter 13

Boruto pov:

''here's your lunch'' y/n handed me my lunch and I thanked her, we said goodbye and left, y/n still looked different from what she usually does and  she doesn't wear those long clothes off her, we were talking on our way to the academy until y/n stopped

''I have to go somewhere real quick, I might just make it in time for homeroom, you should go on without me'' she waved walking away

I looked at her figure disappear and then continued walking meeting up with Shikidai and we had some trouble on our way to school, but there was this mysterious kid who took care of it before we could. Arriving at school I take a seat outside next to everyone and Shino-sensei said we had a new student

''its that kid from this morning'' I looked at Iwabee and he nodded

''it's that show off'' he said

''my name is Mitsuki, I am from the hidden sound village'' he bowed, not focusing on what's going on around me I look at Mitsuki, but soon stopped when he was sitting right next to me

''can I sit next to you? '' he asked smiling at me

''S-sure'' I was surprised by  his presence and unexpected question ''I am Boruto Uzumaki, nice to meet you Mitsuki'' I turn to look at him, and he did the same

"yeah, same here, Boruto''

''anyway, you can ask me anything, okay?'' I closed my eyes looking to the front

''anything? '' he asked sounding like he already has a question

''yeah anything'' I turn to look at him with my eyes closed

''well, why is it that we are the ones without a classroom'' his question surprised me causing my eyes to open

''well that's Boruto's fault'' I hear a familiar voice coming from the front, I turn to look at seeing y/n standing next to Shino-sensei causing him to jump

''sorry I am late sensei I had some urgent things to take care off'' she bowed and made her way towards us taking a seat in front of me, turning to face me and Mitsuki

''hi I am y/n it's nice to meet you'' she smiled at Mitsuki, and he introduced himself telling her its nice to meet her too, and after that class started,  I was called to the front to solve something, which I did but then I told sensei to give me something more difficult and he did, but Mitsuki helped

''looks like I won this game'' I jumped back, we were sparring now, I was up against Iwabee

''your mine'' I  punched towards Iwabee, but he grabbed my arms flipping me over

''stop right there, the match is over'' Shino-sensei shouted as I stood up

''fight me next'' Mitsuki says to Iwabee and he agrees, I make my way towards y/n standing next to her and she doesn't look well

''y/n are you okay? '' I turn to look at her and she nods

''who do you think will win? '' she asks turning to look at Iwabee and Mitsuki fighting, I was surprised by his moves he was fast, y/n just looked at him observing him, Mitsuki then slid under Iwabee's feet getting behind him, and he started strangling him

I turn to look at y/n and her eyes widen, I turn to look at them and saw y/n running towards them

''release him we are done'' Shino-sensei appeared next to them but Mitsuki didn't listen

''sensei said to let go! '' y/n shouted running towards them, punching Mitsuki causing him to loosen his grip landing on the floor, as y/n lands on the floor she suddenly collapses, I catch her before she can hit the ground, I can hear her breathing heavily as  I put my hand against her head
