boruto x Fem reader: Out Of Reach

Chapter 27

y/n pov:

luckily I got away from those 2  men otherwise I don't what would have happened, I haven't seen Boruto since yesterday. The sun was setting as I walked towards the place the Misukage told me I could get some information, apparently there were some of the l/n clan here but the few that lived here got killed

walking towards the place I see there was this like a bubble of mist, I sensed Boruto and the others chakra, they were  fighting some other guys

I then stepped forwards putting my hand just in front of the mist and pushing my  hand straight through, I was surprised I could enter but I entered and rush towards where I sensed Boruto's chakra

I saw Boruto was getting choked by this one guy and the guy that was showing them around was protecting himself with a wooden blade

I rushed towards Boruto and hit the guy on his neck causing him to let go of Boruto and then rushed towards the other, the one then snapped out of his trance and pushed his sword forward causing the bad guy to stumble back

just as the bad guy was going to swing his sword it caught it in my hand, blood trickling down my hand and the blade, I then let go of the blade and punch him through the face, causing him to fly backward

the mist then started to disappear and you could see much better than before, once the mist cleared I turned to look at everyone, but mostly Boruto,  he let out a relieved sigh and then turned to look at me

he has a smile on his face before it disappeared, I wonder what was wrong but before I could question it I felt a sword pierce right through my stomach I look down and see the blade, blood was dripping down its blade getting on my new clothes I just bought

I decided to have a little fun since I am pissed off, these clothes cost a lot, I then fake falling forward but before I hit the ground, I kick backward kicking the one who stabbed me, he then stumbled back

''just kidding'' I smiled as I turned to face him ''these clothes were expensive, you better feel like an awful person. Great now I have to wash these clothes, and hope I get the blood out''

''how? I stabbed-'' he choked out the word but I cut him off before he could speak again

''ooh yeah, I know cool right, it still hurt though, but maybe next time do some research on your opponents '' I  pat his shoulder

he and the other then stood up and started running ''you forgot your sword'' I tried to pull the sword out but couldn't, I felt  a hand on my shoulder making me stop, and felt  the sword being taken out

''you shouldn't take that out we need to take her to a hospital'' the guy said sounding concerned 

''don't worry she will be just fine, she is strong and besides she can heal herself, right y/n?'' I hear Boruto's voice,  he must have been the one who pulled out the sword

I nod and hum in response turning and around to look at Boruto,  I was happy to see him again  but I remembered what he then said and my face dropped

''sorry, you know for what happened at the academy'' Boruto whispered as he looked at me, I felt a smile tug on my face, I started hugging him and he hugged me back

it wasn't too long before I pulled away ''I am sorry now there will be blood on your shirt'' I started panicking but stopped once I heard a laugh come from Boruto, a tint of red spread across my face, trying to hide the embarrassment I aksed Boruto what that guy's name was and he said Kagura

I then looked at Kagura and saw him looking at us with a scared look, I then pointed towards my stomach showing him that I was busy healing, his eyes widened ''you're an l/n''

his words shocked me, I slowly nod as he  started making his way towards me, putting his hands on my shoulders pulling me closer, and whispered something

'there is a temple here that some of  the l/n did research, the last l/n was in my class and she showed me,  her name was Hana, she showed me and told me if I ever encountered an l/n then I should tell them'' he pulled away and let go of my shoulder

''y/n can we talk'' I hear  Boruto's voice, I turned to look at him and he looked angry, but then changed back to his normal self when I looked at him, I nod my head and followed Boruto

when went far from everyone, Boruto turned around to look at me, before I could say anything I feel arms wrap around me and ahead resting on my shoulders

''I am such an idiot'' he whispers ''every time I want to help you or become closer I open my stupid mouth and say something, I hope you can forgive me''

I froze  when he said he wanted to get closer, feeling a warm feeling in my heart I wrap my arms around him and chuckle ''people will start to think I am crazy for always forgiving you so easy'' I smiled

he pulled away and looked at me with a smile on his face which warmed my heart and gave me butterflies, I turned away so Boruto wouldn't recognize anything and cross my arms ''but you need to be more careful of what you say in the future I might not forgive you so easy''

I felt arms wrap around me from behind and Boruto resting his chin on my shoulder ''of course, and I know how to make it up  how about tomorrow we hang out''

I turned to look at him and nodded he told me where to meet and what time and after that, we left saying goodbye and heading our different ways
