Chapter 17

y/n pov:

''What, are you trying to say I am lying? '' Boruto raised his voice, getting angry

''no, there are cases like Himawari who awakened it out of the blue so we can't just right it off like that yet, but'' Naruto stood up looking at Himawari

''in other words, you don't trust me!'' Boruto dropped his head

''there must be some basis for it, at least''  Naruto  said looking at Boruto

''I can see it!'' he shouted

''Boruto is it useless to argue about it here, you must go and talk to your grandfather''  Hinata put her hands on Boruto's shoulder before straightening herself standing next to Naruto, they all took a step back

''I am not going anywhere!'' he shouted I walked towards him, smacking him  but not hard just enough so he can calm down, my hand was resting on his cheek (just like Hinata did to Naruto in the war)

''go to your grandfather, and your father is right you haven't had the training yet, and I don't think it's the Byakugan Boruto'' I look at him

''I will go see him but are you saying you don't believe me, is it because you didn't read about my eye in those scrolls of yours, you can't do anything without those scrolls!'' he raised his voice pushing me back, I stumbling back, I gained my footing and this time I slapped him across the face

''you need to calm down, go to your grandfather and hear if it's the Byakugan or not if it is then I will burn all the scrolls I have since they are wrong and apologize in front of the whole class'' I turned around getting ready to leave

''sorry about what I did, I won't be home till late so you don't have to prepare food I will get something to eat'' I walked towards the front door, closing it behind me

I decided last night to go home and search the scrolls, see  if I can find something, Naruto said he won't be selling the house so if I want to return to get something I can, and when I get paid, I can move back in if I want too

opening the door to my house, I sigh I can't believe I smacked him across the face,

I see they cleaned the house, I  walked up the stairs pulling down the ladder to enter the attic, the attic was huge there have to be more than 300 boxes filled with scrolls, I have only read 3 boxes filled with scrolls, 2 of them being about clans and the other about basic skill, luckily the boxes have names on them

like the ones about clans,  it had clans written on the box, but I only read the clan that the leaf has not the other clans of the other villages, I sigh and start by sorting out the boxes, putting them according  to what they are about

Boruto pov:

we went  to the Hyuga compound, and I fought Big sis Hanabi to show my Byakugan but nothing happen, and we stayed the night

I am sitting outside looking at the moon,  I was looking at the  pond in front of me thinking about what happened today

'I will go see him, but are you saying you don't believe me, is it because you didn't read about my eye in those scrolls of yours, you can't do anything without those scrolls!' I pushed y/n causing her to stumble back

''I can't believe I did that, I am such an idiot'' I put my hand on my head shaking it

''why are you talking to yourself? '' I hear Big sis Hanabi taking a seat next to me ''is there something bothering you, I hear someone came to live with you is that's what bothering you? ''

my head drops and I nod ''today at the house, I raised my voice and got smacked on the cheek, I then shouted at her telling her she can do nothing without the scrolls, then she smacked me across the face, but I deserved it'' I put my hand on my cheek, remembering the look on y/n face when I told her the things I did
