y/n pov:

so I accidentally told Sarada I might have a small crush on Boruto

''What?!" Sarada shouted causing Shikidai and Boruto to look at us, I grab her by her arms and pull her away. Once we're gone from Boruto and Shikidai, Sarada smirked at me

''so boruto?"

I felt my face heat up ''it really is nothing big, it's just a small crush''

''sure"

I look away not wanting to look at her

''you should tell him''

''are you crazy'' my eyes widen ''I can't do that, he doesn't feel the same and if I tell him it would ruin our friendship''

''What makes you think he doesn't feel the same?''

''I don't I just... that's not the point, please you need to promise to keep this between the both of us'' I beg her putting my hands together

''I think he feels the same''

before I could reply both our names were being called. We turn around and everyone was gathered together and signaled us over

''y/n it's good to see you're out of the hospital'' Konohamaru sensei said and I thanked him

''Did lord seventh send you?" Shikadai asked

''yes he wanted me to see if everything was going good''

''I will report to him and tell him how everything went'' Konohamaru sensei said about to leave

''I'll come with, he asked me to come after I checked up on you guys to talk to me''

Konohamaru sensei nodded, we were going to leave but boruto grabbed my wrist ''I'm coming with you''

we then finally left and after we arrived at the Hokage's office and Konohamaru sensei reported it was only me and Boruto in the office

''After we talked please don't think I am kicking you out, or I don't want you in the house it's just it needed to be discussed'' Naruto placed his hands on his desk

''it's my old house, you want to ask if I want to move back in don't you?"

Naruto nodded ''how did you know"

''well you said you won't sell the house or anything and since my mother is back she needed a place to stay so I assumed you gave her the house and now you want to know if I want to move back''

''yes but I am afraid you'll think-'' Naruto said but I cut him off

''you're afraid I'll think you don't want me in your house anymore, no I understand''

''She can't go back there'' boruto spoke

''Boruto it's fine'' I placed my hands on his shoulder

''no, it's not. For years you suffered in that house and now you want to go back''

''my father wont be there'' I stated

''but the memories will forever be in that house'' he looked down '' and besides... nevermind''

''Boruto I get you're upset and only want the best for y/n'' naruto spoke causing Boruto to look at him

''I am grateful for what you have done and I enjoyed staying there but I was going to leave someday because it would feel wrong to stay there, it would feel like I am intruding'' I kept my hand on his shoulder

''We don't have any problem with you staying with us, but the choice is yours'' Narut0 laid back in his seat

''I'll move back with my mother''
