Chapter 19

Boruto pov:

Y/n she seemed off, she just kept staring at the food not saying anything

''thank you for the food'' we said in unison before starting to eat

''so it's been a while what have you been up to? '' my father asks, y/n put some food in her mouth, looking at him

''I have been searching for answers, and I found them, but no-one believed me when I told them what I found'' she said not even looking at me

''Yeah, what did you find out'' father asked out of curiosity

''who is behind everything that has been happening, but it won't matter since I am jealous of the person and just blame them''

my father stopped eating ''who is it?'' y/n was about to open her mouth before standing up forcefully ''I need to go, sorry and thank you for the food'' she walked towards the door

'I screwed up this time' I thought as I watched y/n walk towards the door, and not a few seconds later my father stands up

''Sorry, Hinata I have to go too'' father turned towards mother, I stood up slamming my hands on the table ''not again, you're leaving just like y/n, it's always like this'' I walked towards the door slamming it behind me

3rd person pov:

making her way towards an abandoned building y/n feels herself being watched ''what do you want? '' she asked stopping in front of a hooded figure

''your chakra'' the hooded figure said and by that y/n fainted being taken control off

''I know who's behind the Ghost incident'' Mitsuki told Boruto looking at the village

''who is it? '' Boruto asked eager to find out who it is

''I have been thinking about it since y/n brought it up at the post office. You always dive into everything to fix it, but I wonder if you will do it this time since y/n's life might be in danger if you do anything'' Mitsuki walked pass Boruto

''the culprit...is the class rep'' Mitsuki said and Boruto's eyes widened

''that's not funny Mitsuki'' Boruto said looking away from Mitsuki

''there is nothing funny about this''

''But it's the truth think about every victim had some contact with her just before an accident, even y/n she went to see her before she came to us, and right after she told us she gets consumed by the ghost'' Mituski looked at Boruto

''that's enough I don't believe it! '' Boruto shouted

''believe what you want, although I think it's too late'' Mitsuki looked, down just as Boruto was about to say something there was a loud bang, looking up to the sky they see y/n, Boruto's eye activates and he sees the shadow

y/n then heads toward Senju park where another loud noise follows, y/n lands next to a hooded figure with a scared expression on her face

''you are just a kid '' some jonin guy said

''watch out! '' y/n tries warning the guys but the manipulation this time is much stronger than before, Sumire needed her and wasn't going to let her escape, someone appears from behind and y/n jumps away but Sumire got knocked out

''please you need to stop me'' y/n whispered, the guy looked at her, y/n then rushed towards Sumire unable to control her actions, she then kicks away the men from Sumire and bend down protecting her

''I can't control my body, you need to stop me right now! '' y/n managed to shout but felt the shadow gain more control, y/n is trying her best to not lose consciousness and keep control but was loosing

''nu-e'' Sumire whispered, smoke appearing and tiger thing appeared, Sumire put her hand on y/n's shoulder taking some of her Chakra, Sumire then ran towards the forest, stopping and still controlling y/n, she took more of y/n's chakra and cut open her hand taking the blood and making the healing symbol on her arm, causing her arms to heal

y/n just stood there looking at Sumire, unable to do anything

''what the hell happening? '' Boruto asked looking at what's happening in front of him

''I wouldn't get any closer if I were you, not only is Sumire doing this but she is controlling y/n, using her as her chakra life support and using her blood to heal herself"

''There is a way to stop this, the new user has to die'' Mitsuki looked at Boruto ''or we kill the life support of the user, which at the moment is y/n''

Boruto's eyes widened, starting to shake ''now what will you do? The lives of your family and the rest of the village, or y/n getting killed and Sumire lives, or Sumire dies and y/n lives'' Mitsuki asked in a stern voice

'' I don't even need to think about it'' Boruto said looking at Mitsuki '' I will save both sides''

''I can't hang around here I need to get y/n and help her then the class rep, but where is y/n? '' Boruto said as his eye activated and saw the shadow again following it

''I need more chakra'' Sumire said to herself, she put both hands on y/n shoulder ''focus y/n you can help me, give me more chakra you have so much chakra and since I am controlling you, you can't deny my request for your chakra, you're an l/n this isn't the chakra you're supposed to have, you are stronger so give me more! '' Sumire took more of y/n chakra

Mitsuki appeared behind Sumire, but Sumire reacted quick and attacked him

''your good when you put your mind to it class rep'' Mituski wiped away the cut on his cheek

''no since I have had some chakra given to me so let's just say this is just us warming up''

''us, you're revering to you and y/n right'' Mitsuki asked and Sumire nodded, y/n then appeared next to her getting in a fighting stance '' I think we both know your no match for y/n not like this and she can't stop herself from hurting you"

''Are you going to kill me? '' Sumire asked after a while, tilting her head to the side

''yeah I think so'' Mituski answered bluntly, Mitsuki then started attacking Sumire but y/n blocked his attacks

''Mitsuki'' was all y/n could manage to say before Sumire tried kicking Mitsuki, but he dodged and tripped Sumire putting a knee on her head

y/n then kicked him to the side like the previous time, causing him to land next to Boruto

''class rep, are you the culprit? '' Boruto looked at Sumire with

''yes I am'' Sumire declared ''and you should have listened to y/n, but look here we are you 2 against us 2'' Suimire looked at y/n putting her hand on her shoulder and took even more chakra

''Why are you using y/n?'' Mistuki asked Sumire and a smirk formed on her face

''because y/n is an l/n, not only can their blood heal people, but they can give other people their chakra as well, but they have to give it to you willingly otherwise you die, so I knew she wouldn't give it to me so I had to control her and make her give me the chakra I will need''

Boruto turned to look at y/n and could see she is in pain ''what are you going to do Boruto, kill me right here, or even kill your beloved y/n? '' Sumire pushed y/n forwards

''y/n I need you to trust me I will end this soon, just hang in there a little longer, I made you a promise remember to never forget and I made another promise to myself to always keep you safe and protect you'' Boruto looked down

Sumire laughed causing Boruto to look up ''well your not doing a good job, is this the best you can do to protect someone you love''

Mitsuki then started charging towards Sumire, but Boruto stopped both of them, his eye activated and then a glow coming from his eye
