y/n pov:

it's been 1 week and I was finally discharged, Sakura told me about what they found in the scroll  and that they found more, after they researched  some they more they found out that there will be 2 born in the l/n who will link chakra and one of them will die, so the other can get there chakra and become stronger and protect the l/n, it was said that the 2 will not only have their chakra but all the ancestors as well, and they need to protect the l/n clan

they said that when the 2 meet they will know instantly that they are the ones, in the scroll it said it  takes about 5 months for the chakra to link completely and when it is fully linked the one has to train and learn to control the immense amount of chakra before the chakra links completely or they might die, that is why the youngest die since the  youngest is the weakest

both Boruto and I were at Thunder burger, and  I told him about what they told me

''but I don't get why the 2 would need to link chakra if there are no more members of my clan, or that's what my mother use to say anyways'' I put a fry in my mouth looking at Boruto as he was drinking his  milkshake

''maybe when they link they can protect the village they live at'' he spoke after he put down the cup

''we should just hope those 2 aren't bad guys'' I put the last of my fries in my mouth

''the Hokage wants to see you'' a voice said from beside me, I looked at him confused before turning to look at Boruto with the same confusion, we then paid and stood up following the unfamiliar Jonin to the Hokage's office

as we got closer I felt something is not right

''Boruto something feels different'' I grabbed his jacket getting closer to him, he looked at me before turning to look at the door we were about to open

as we open the door I see a bunch of papers everywhere, and a boy standing in front of the desk, as we got closer I felt something strange, I put my other hand to my chest  and feel it beating fast Boruto then took the hand I had on his jacket and held it in his tight

as we walked closer the boy turned  around, he had grey hair and these blue eyes, I felt it  immediately as soon as we stopped in front of him, I can't believe it, I am one of the 2

my face drops as he introduced himself '' hey I am Takashi, I assume you already know who I am right,

I keep my gaze on the floor ''you're older aren't you otherwise you wouldn't have come'' I asked hesitantly

''it all depends on how old you are?'' I could hear he already knew but he wanted me  to say it ''I am 13, I will ask again you're older aren't you? '' I lifted my head looking at him, he had a smug look on his face, I could feel the Jonin left and it was only Naruto and Boruto here

''yes I am, I am 16'' he said in a proud voice

''y/n what's going on? '' I could hear Naruto, he was standing next to Takashi

''I assume Sakura already told you about the l/n, about the chosen 2 right''

he  nodded, I turned to look at Takashi who had a smirk on his face ''as he just said his names is Takashi, Takashi l/n'' I said slowly not wanting to say the next part ''and he is one of the 2''

''y/n how would you know  that, unless you-''Naruto started but Takashi cut him off

''Yeah I am, I felt it when we walked in'' I looked down I felt Boruto stiffen next to me, I turn my head to look at him and he looked worried and scared
