I stretched my fingers and rubbed the back of my neck.

It was getting late and I'd been staring at a  computer screen for too long.

It was the second paper I'd written today and it'd only been a week into the semester. Add on the not sleeping and I'd basically turned into a real life zombie.

I closed my laptop and looked over at Casey's bed.

She was going crazy earlier looking for a box of sketching pencils for her figure drawing class tonight.

She'd left about an hour ago but left a huge mess of art supplies all over her area of the room.

I got up and trudged over to her bed, picking up the colored pencils that fell on the floor.

I noticed one of the bins under her bed labeled snacks and I reached for it.

Inside was a bunch of granola bars, moon pies, pocky, seaweed, and a small bag of gummy bears.

I took the bag of gummies and stuffed the box back under her bed.

I quickly changed into jeans and black turtle neck. I grabbed the black leather jacket that hung behind the door and pulled my hair in a bun.

I needed to find a quiet place to quiet my mind and I figured the chapel on campus would be a good enough place.

I'd been there a few times and I'd always found it calming.

Pulling my jacket on and grabbing my purse, I made my way downstairs.

Walking out the front door, I made my way to the back of the house where I parked my car

Walking out the front door, I made my way to the back of the house where I parked my car.

In this freezing weather I'd never been more thankful to have a vehicle to drive in.

I spotted the car in its regular spot and unlocked the door.

The sun had already set and the darkness made me move faster.

I walked to the drivers side door and stopped immediately.

I swift gasp came from my mouth and I stumbled backwards.

Written on the drivers window in red lipstick were the words if you testify, you'll regret it. Watch your back bitch.

I shuddered and looked around me in all directions.

Someone was following me and it was getting out of hand now. They knew where I lived and where I parked my car.

I covered my hand with my mouth and shuddered in fear. I couldn't take it anymore. Why was this happening to me?

I clicked the flashlight on my phone and hovered it all around me.

"Hello? Anyone there?" I exclaimed.
