Today was the day of the date! I wore my crop top and leather pants. For my hair, I curled it and made two medium-sized braids at the top of my hair. Then, I made two ponytails on either side and added one braid to each ponytail. The hairstyle was easy yet pretty. I never wore makeup, but Camila insisted I wear some. I had none, so Camila let me borrow some of hers. She put black eyeliner, dark blue eyeshadow, and some dark red lipstick. She put clear lip gloss on top.
"Wow, you look... amazing," Camila said
"Who does?" Alex asked from the doorway with Kai
I swear their jaw dropped to the floor when they saw me.
"This is the first time I've seen her wear makeup. Who is she doing this for?" Kai asked, smirking
"Mark," Camila said
Kai squealed. It was so loud that Shadow jumped behind me. I laughed.
"How do I look Shadow?" I asked her
"Good! Good!" She replied excitedly
"Thanks," I laughed
Alex took me to Mark's house. When Mark came he had the same reaction as Kai's and Alex. I studied him. He wore a black shirt and jeans with ripped holes in it. His was gelled to the side. He looked really good. We got into Mr. Ramirez's car and he drove off. During the ride, Mark gave me a baby blue corsage.
"This is for you," he says, blushing
"Wow, it's beautiful," I say, putting on the corsage, it looks really good on me, "Thanks so much!"
At the movie, we buy tickets and some snacks. I saw no one there.
"Where is everyone?" I asked
"My parents ordered a private movie"
"Thank you so much!" I say, hugging him, then I blushed. Oops.
Mark blushed too and we went into the theater.
"What do you want to watch?"
"Hmmm.. surprise me!"
He did and it was about a little girl who got lost and she meets a dragon who helps her find her home. It was an amazing movie.
"Bye Luna!"
"Bye Mark!"
I got home and thought of our date. It was amazing.
