Trixie and I went to play soccer with Kai's ball.
"I am actually going to ask the boys if they wanna play," I tell her
"Okay"
I ran up to the five boys
"Sup, wanna play soccer with us?"
They look at each other and agree.
"Boys against girls!" Trixie calls
Towards the middle, the score was 19 to 12. Trixie and I switched places, so now I was goalie. The ball came and I jumped to grab it. When I landed, my leg twisted in a strange way and I fell, screaming. It hurt so bad. Trixie, Kai, Mark, Zack, Josh, and John came. Camila and Alex came out and gasped once they saw me. They called 911 and an ambulance came to help me. Soon, I was in a hospital with Mark, Trixie, Kai, Alex, Camila, Josh, and John waiting outside. The pain was getting stronger and I was getting weaker. Outside, the doctor was deciding who could visit me first. Camila and Alex come in and hug me. I sank into the hug.
"How are you, honey?" Camila asked
"Painful," I say, cringing at my leg
Alex makes a face, "Yikes, that's bad."
I wish Kenzi was here. She'd know how I feel. Kenzi has actually broken her leg before. It's very understandable considering how bad she is at physical education. I miss Kenzi. A lot. But, I can't do anything about it so I shake the thought away. Then, the door explodes and John, Josh, Mark, Kai, Trixie, and Zack race in. Camila stops them before they reach my bed.
"Boys!" she says, then adds, "and girl! Please, Luna is going to rest. Alex will take you all home and you can play with Kai. Trixie, you may stay here, the rest of you," she gestures to John, Josh, Mark and Zack, "Follow Alex."
Alex salutes Camilia and fake marches out of the room, the boys all follow, saluting and fake marching too.
Mark says, "My highness," and bows to me
I wave at him, "Silence your annoying pleasance," I say, using a British accent.
He bows again and fake marches away. Zack then does the same thing. Then Kai. Then Josh. Then John. I say the same thing every time.
I laugh. Camila laughs too. Trixie laughs the hardest, she's on her back, rolling around and around the floor. Camila and I stop laughing and look at her, then we laugh even harder.
"I will leave you two alone," Camila says, walking out the door and closing it.
"So... er, what did the doctor say?" I hear Camilia ask the nurse outside.
My leg starts tingling again. This time, it's hurting more than before. I groan in pain.
"Unfortunately," the nurse says, looking at her papers, "Luna has broken her leg two places at once. She'll need to do surgery first thing tomorrow."
SURGERY?!?!? I DO NOT WANT SURGERY!!!!! My skin is now so pale it is white.
"Is something wrong Luna?" Trixie asked, worriedly
"No surgery, no surgery, no surgery!!" I scream.
Trixie looks confused, "Surgery? You need surgery? You must be dreaming."
I sigh in relief, "Yeah, probably," I say
The door opens and the nurse followed by Camila comes in, "Luna," Camila says, "You need surgery."
"Please no!" I say
Camila takes my hand, "We are really sorry sweetie. You have two broken bones so you will be out for about 10 months. You won't be able to do any sports."
I sob into my pillow. No sports? For 10 months?!? This is a dream. This HAS to be a dream. I pinch myself. Ouch. Nope, not a dream. NOOOO!!
