We all have a little from all the elements. The fire of our passion, the air in our speech, the earth of our feet, the space of our souls, and the water of our hearts.
Yet, this last element drowns me entirely in the beauty of its arms. From water I came, and to water I'll go. A single drop in the ocean of life, steadily flowing back to the mother source.
I'm both a tempest and a timid creak. The liquid within me can stir into a storm, or sweetly flow until I dry. Some days I can't move, turned into a parched desert. Other days, I'm overflowing drowning my very soul within.
Unstable, ever changing, all and nothing. I'm water. So please take a good look of me today, tomorrow who knows where or what I might be.
Dried up from this world, or showering a thousand paths.
