Veil

Waking up remembering vividly what I dreamed of, maybe that's my true reality.

My body heavy despite of the many hours of sleep, why am I feeling so weak?

The wounds are far deeper than I thought, turning into nightmares and faraway songs.

This isn't my bailiwick, this isn't my home, could someone turn the lighthouse back on?

Oh, but it's useless, utterly useless.

The translucent veil between dream and reality has been torn, and no one remembers which side they belong on.
