Her storm has left behind a wreckage creaking and moaning among the waves. If only she had learned to turn away those lustful gazes, if only she had understood the moon's many faces.
Silver kisses, crimson laments, and onyx tears. Beneath the salt and the splinters there's a pale hand reaching for the celestial vault. The long finger that once danced above the keys and dwelled inside her flower...now wears a ring that sealed her fate.
Forbidden lust and passionate escapades sink beneath a sea of memories. The sweat they wore as pearls, the loving marks lips and teeth left behind... everything is gone now. Drowned. Forgotten.
A lonely ghost roams this part of the ocean. Her dress flows with the salty breeze, and her hand caresses dreaming heads. Tap. Tap. Tap. Can you hear her drip? Careful or you'll slip.
Don't fret, my darling, no one can hurt you now...I'll make sure you can sleep. Sleep. Sleep.
