Steven got to the parking lot where he parked his car and unlocked the passenger seat. He held it open and ushered Xingsi in. Xingsi sat down like. His head was struggling with taking the right decision at the moment but his body was saying something different.

Where did Steven come from? Had he come back for good? Did he regret what happened in the past.

"Where are you taking me?" Xingsi asked as soon as Steven sat in the driver's seat. He shut the door and placed his arm around Xingsi.

"Somewhere comfortable so we can talk. I know you have so many questions for me."

Xingsi swallowed. He pulled the seat belt across his chest and tried to relax.

"You still looking good as ever, Xingsi,"

Xingsi blushed, "Thank you."

Steven brought his car to a stop in front of Palm Olive Hotel somewhere in town. He handed his car keys to the valet and both he and Xingsi walked into the hotel.

They made their way to the wine/bar area and took their seat beside a window. A waiter quickly took their order. Steven ordered for two bottles of alcoholic drinks specially for the occasion.

"How have you been?"

Xingsi didn't want to hear any sentimental words from Steven. He wanted to know the truth of what really happened between them. It's been over eight years and the pain was overwhelming his existence.

"Why did you leave? I never heard from you, I called your phone you refused to pick my calls, why would you do that to me?"

"Hey, can we do one question at a time?"

Xingsi crossed his arms over his chest.

"It was really complicated. My family got hold of everything. They threatened to cut me off."

"You couldn't tell me?"

"I didn't know what to do?"

"If you really loved me, you would have fought for us, you never did."

"I know that's why I'm here,"

"You have been in Taiwan?"

"No, I do business in Thailand," Steven opened the wine and filled both cups with drink. "I just got in to see my family?

"You are married?"

"No... Of course not. I meant to see my parents, you know spend time with them."

Xingsi nodded. He noticed Steven was relaxed and meticulous giving off subtle sexual gestures with his eyes and lips. Steven passed a filled glass to Xingsi.
"What are you doing now?" Steven asked.

"I run a wedding company, I and my friends."

Steven nodded. "It has been your dream to make other people's wedding dreams come true."

"Yes."

"It's good. Who was that guy earlier? I swear the look on his face was icy. He's dating you?"

"No Yongjie is not like that, he just don't flow well with strangers."

Steven nodded again. He gulped down the contents in his cup and refilled his glass. He made sure to keep the conversation going so he kept refilling Xingsi's cup. He knew quite well about Xingsi alcohol tolerance.
