A tap on the door woke Xingsi. Had he dozed off on the sofa? Who could be knocking by this time of the day? He wiped his face and walked to door. He adjusted his shirt and opened the door.

He was shocked when the arms of Fu Yongjie wrapped around his neck in a tight hug.

He inhaled the soft perfume and rested his face in the nook of Yongjie's neck. He soon started to sob again.
"It's okay, Xingsi. I'm here now."

Xingsi held the younger man tight and no other feelings matched like the deep emotions he felt for Yongjie. How could he betray their friendship for someone who didn't even care about him?

"I'm sorry."

"It's okay," Yongjie picked the bag he had dropped on the floor. "I brought you something to eat, and some medicines."

"Mm."

"You should probably take a shower and freshen up."

"Mm," Xingsi nodded.

Yongjie held his love's and they walked to the room. When they got there, he slowly took off Xingsi's clothes and led him to the bathroom.

While Xingsi was showering Yongjie made his bed. He brought out the food, drinking water and placed it on the side table. In a few minutes Xingsi came out of the bathroom, a white towel tied firmly around his waist.

Yongjie swallowed hard as his eyes trailed Xingsi's body. "You feel better?"

"Yes." he took a white short from his wardrobe and wore, he hung the towel on a hanger.

Xingsi joined Yongjie on the bed. He saw the food and medicine waiting for him. The least he could do was explain his side.
"I swear I didn't know what I was doing, he just came from nowhere and confused me, I'm..."

Yongjie placed a finger on his lips to shut him up. "I know. What's important is that you are here, with me."

Xingsi held Yongjie's arm. "You forgive me?"

Yongjie leaned closer to the other man, his cheeks slightly grazing his skin. He whispered.
"I was never angry with you. I was only waiting for you." he moved to place a kiss on Xingsi's forehead and then on his cheek.

Xingsi felt the love as he closed his eyes. He wanted more but it seemed Yongjie was more concerned with his health, which he appreciated.

Yongjie took the medicine and peeled some tablets. He placed it in Xingsi's palms. "Drink. You need it."

"Thanks," Xingsi put the tablets in his mouth and swallowed. He gulped down water and breathed. He laid down on the bed and Yongie covered him up in the duvet.

Xingsi held his hand. "Are you leaving?"

"You want me to stay?"

Xingsi nodded.

"I will stay," Yongjie replied. "Um... I brought something for you to see." Yongjie opened his school bag and took out an old diary.

"What is it?"

"A diary, I had since I was ten," Yongjie smiled. "It's my old diary but half the contents inside is about you."

"About me. That's odd." Xingsi said as he collected the diary.

"Mm. After reading it, maybe you will understand why I'm so in love with you."
