Its been a few days since i first met Enu. That was the name of the dog that i had found in front of an abandoned house. The one those guys from my school were abusing. I was infuriated when i found them doing that to an innocent dog. Poor Enu.

She looks like she'd gone through so much. Speaking of. I went to visit her today too. This time i brought Kavik with me.

"Go on, baby. She'll like you." I cooed. Kavik slowly walked over to the frail dog. He sniffed her twice, and barked.

Enu growled at Kavik, so he growled back.

"Well, so much for new friendships. Enu...wait. Where's your scarf??" I look around the alley trying to find her red scarf she had on just yesterday.

"Who took it?? I swear if it was those guys from school i will beat Vin up, he will regret it!" I scowl as an image of Vin Jin pops into my mind.

I sigh trying to forget it for now and pulled out a surprise i had for Enu. I noticed a few days ago that she was pregnant. I guess she's been pregnant for a while now since she's only growled at me and not bit me as much. She's getting tired. They're coming soon.

"Look Enu! I brought you a present for you and your pups...!" I slide out a comfy dog bed for Enu and she immediately stops growling at me.

"But...where do i put it? It looks like its going to rain soon..." I pull out my umbrella as i feel drops of rain fall on my face.

"Dang it...where--" i stop short as i see a shadow approach me. I quickly spin around, ready to defend myself and the dogs, but i notice its...

"Daniel! What are you doing here?" I smile at Little Daniel as he holds something in his hands behind his back.

"W-well...i-i was coming to bring her a gift." Daniel pulls out the red scarf, looking brand new. I blush.

"Daniel! That's so sweet!" I hug to chubby boy and he stutters.

"W-well it was nothing! I just thought it would be better since she is pregnant and all." He crouched down towards Enu to give her the scarf but she bit him.

"No Enu dont-"

"Its okay... She's lonely, and i can tell that she's been abused a lot, so maybe she just thinks we want to hurt her. But we have to show her we're not here for that..." Daniel says, kindly. He stretches his hand towards his back, pulling out the red clean sweater.

Enu stops growling at Daniel and rolls around in the scarf.

Ruff ! Ruff !

Daniel also pulled out a big cardboard box for her.

"Here Enu. Now you can sleep inside! Like a little house!" Daniel smiles wide and i get an idea.

"Hey! Now i can put this bed inside for her and the pups!"

I pull out the bed and place it inside of the box. It fit perfectly and Enu finally laid down, all comfy. I gasp as i realize Enu was going into labor.

It was pouring now and it took a while...but finally Enu had four cute, healthy pups. I smiled wide and hugged Daniel out of happiness.

We both left her alone, but after giving her food, i got the feeling i was being watched...

I quickly turned around but only caught a glimpse of long black hair.

Crystal....
