It's been three days since Y/n had gone out with Zack. Since they had their adventure with the lost baby. Since they kissed...

Y/n had been texting Zack once in a while since then. Their conversations weren't long, but unforgettable. They would exchange morning and night texts, then in between, Zack would leave a long text about how his day was. He knew Y/n wouldn't be able to get to it right away. But he still tried. Which made Y/n's heart swell with happiness, even if she had a bad day. She always looked forward to his texts.

Until one day he didn't text.

Y/n brushed it off, still sending her good morning text, this time wishing him a good day.

It was 1 in the afternoon when Y/n was patting off the sweat from her brow with a towel. She sat on the gym bench, huffing in exhaustion. Her vision blurred. Y/n quickly stuck her hand in her bag, grabbing a black lunchbox from her duffle bag. Inside, there was an ice pack keeping the lunchbox cold. Y/n picked up a bag, chilled from the ice pack. She pulled an insulin syringe from the bag, applying the right amount of dosage, then pinching a bit of her skin on the inside of her arm, injecting the dosage.

Y/n's eyes winced slightly, her vision clearing slightly.

Y/n finally sighed, putting away her things. She wondered... 'Will this ever end? Am i gonna be like this forever...? Weak...?'

Y/n clenched her jaw, and before she could think anything further, her phone chimed, receiving a message.

Y/n read it thoroughly. It was a message from Zack. He said how he was so sorry her didn't message her in the morning. He had been occupied with something lately.

Y/n rubbed her freshly pinched arm. "Of course... he has other things to do." She said to herself. And as she placed her phone back in her bag, her phone chimed again.

Y/n's eyes widened in horror as she witness what was sent in the message. It was a long explanation what Zack had been worrying about since the beginning of the week. Then a picture attached. Y/n couldn't believe her eyes and stood up in response.

I know you're really busy, so you probably don't know about this. But Logan and Zoe are dating. And Zoe's been acting really weird. We don't know why and every time we ask her, she gets on us about how we're being mean to Logan. I've been trying to get to the bottom of this with Mira and Blondie. But so far, nothing. I didn't want to keep this from you since Zoe is your friend too.

Y/n...

Don't do anything too rash.

Y/n's eyes sharpened in anger as she scanned over the posts Zoe had been making of the two of them. "Zoe..." Y/n grit. "She's in danger...."

That afternoon, Charles Choi had called Y/n, Crystal, Gun and Goo to dinner. He said there was nothing in specific to talk about, but he still expected reports.

Y/n was reluctant to go, but knew that arguing over text wouldn't do a thing. So she went.

Reaching her father's mansion doors, she felt her chest tighten. 'This feels... so wrong...' Y/n shut her eyes tight, gripping onto the door's handles as she refused to go inside. 'I should... I should be helping Zoe...'

"Hey there, Princess..."

Y/n's eyes went big as she turned around to see Goo and Gun approaching the doors where she stood. Goo grinned from ear to ear, happily, as he saw her turn. Gun wore his usual pitch black glasses, but Y/n could feel the steady and unmistakably intense gaze following her every curve.
