Vasco and the Burn Knuckles stared ahead, their faces stern, yet they held a slight look of pity. Vasco huffed. "Jace... what do i do?"
Jace looked at his friend, questioningly. "What do you mean, Vasco?"
"I know i shouldn't be thinking this since they're all bad guys... but the bad guy in front of me... looks so pitiful." He said as they all watched Johan fight on his own against his old crew. He seemed to be in a fighting frenzy, and no one would dare stop him.
Daniel gapped. 'Johan... he didn't know about the fake bank accounts from before...!' Daniel wanted to jump in, somehow help Johan, but Vasco held him back. "Daniel... He's only getting what he deserves. He's reaping the seeds he sowed himself... in the way he knows best."
Johan stood at the center of the fallen bodies that sat, unconscious, in the rain.
Daniel clicked his tongue in frustration, his eyes sad as he looked towards the side of all the chaos. "Then... what do we do about her?"
The group looked over to Y/n, who stood, unmoved, her eyes glued to the fight. She wasn't helping Johan, but she wasn't helping her friends from J High either. She was just still. Whenever someone would come too close to her, though, she attacked them. Even if they were merely standing next to her.
Vasco took a step toward the girl, staring at her, as he analyzed her still face, in sadness. "She looks... sad."
Jace grunted in frustration, balling his fists. "Dammit, i should've helped her." He scolded himself. Vasco placed a hand on Jace's shoulder, understanding his feeling. "We were all shocked, Jace. It's not your fault."
Jace looked over to Y/n. "But... what do we do now? Nobody can get close to her without getting beat up, and she's not responding to any of us."
"UGH!"
The guys put a hold in their conversation as they heard the last God Dog member willing to fight Johan fall. Johan wiped the blood off his face, as he began to walk towards Jin Jang, still on the floor from being defeated by Y/n. Johan took slow, menacing steps towards him, looking down on him in distaste.
"Jin." Johan said, lowly. "I still remember it."
"You FREAK!" Jin coughed, his body scooting away from Johan with each step Johan took. "Y-You just singlehandedly-!!"
A shadow loomed over Johan's face, his expression hidden away from prying eyes. "Back when you were the leader of a crew nobody remembers now... It was raining... just like this."
"GET AWAY FROM ME!" Jin hiccupped.
"Yeah. It rained that day too, huh?"
Everyone's eyes moved towards the new, gruff voice that resounded through the tense clusters of people surrounding the fight. Despite the audible pattering of the rain, everyone recognized the voice as if it weren't even raining.
The clutter of people split in half, making way for the figure that made its way through with a black umbrella over their head.
Logan, much like everyone else, recognized the man. 'That fucker...! He was with the blonde guy back then...!'
Gun reached up to his umbrella, snapping it closed as he made his way to the bench on the sidelines of all the fuss.
Before even sitting down, though, Gun's eyes scanned over the tense crowd. They were instantly caught by a familiar female figure. He frowned. Gun walked over to Y/n, ignoring the eyes of the bystanders. "Y/n... What exactly are you doing here, huh?" He muttered to her, frowning as he was clearly not expecting a response, upon noticing the black void in her emotionless eyes.
