It's all going well, the match, the survivors...

It's just... me...

The spreading pain from the chisel really hurts...

But didn't Emily patch me up already?

Why is the pain resurfacing?

Why now... from all times?

There was no more time for questions, the endgame is near...

Ciphers all done, gates are being opened...

I just have to walk there...

"Are you quite alright Miss (y/n)? You look pale..."

"Ah... Mr. Andrew Kreiss... I'm... quite fine... actually,"

you know that was a lie, but you wouldn't want your teammate to worry...

Andrew got alerted by the situation and the hunter has teleported to the exit gate near the both of you... and Galatea constantly and carefully looks for the remaining, lingering survivors...

Andrew grabbed your hand and did a mad dash for the exit gate...

He shoved you in and used his shovel to block the attacks...

Both of you managed to escape...

You waved Andrew off and went to find Emily...

but... near the stairs,

your head hurts...

your body aches...

you tumbled down from the top and everything went pitch black...

3rd person pov:

Andrew heard a strong thump and ran towards the source of the sound,

at the bottom of the stairs, he spots (y/n) clutching her abdomen...

"How is this... fine (y/n)?!" Andrew muttered under his breath.

He ran over and scooped up the unconscious (y/n) and rushed over the Emily's.

When (y/n) opens her eyes again, she looks at Emily, eager for answers...

Looks like it has resurfaced again...

Andrew looked flustered and stressed...

"What has resurfaced Miss Emily?"

Emily turns towards Andrew and sighs...

"it's (y/n)'s um... recurring pain... she calls it Dora... "

"I don't get it---"

" (y/n) is born with a sickness, where she would constantly get mild or strong pain attacks in her head and abdomen... but recently, due to a chisel injury with the hunter Galatea, a refractory wound or a reopening wound has been carved into (y/n)'s body. Which means it might get infected, but (y/n) would be suffering some amount of pain because we don't have any type of numb removing injections here..."

"But I thought your syringe can fix every sickness and pain..."

"Yes it could... but not old pains and refractory wounds... these wounds take time to heal, for example, Naib always takes longer to heal because his old war injuries would split... it would take some time to get (y/n) back to her healthy and usual state,"

"What could I do for her?"

"Well, she would be taking breaks from matches, I recommend some quiet reading and sleeping for her case at least..."

"Any after effects though?"

"Yes... she might suffer sudden attacks in some matches---"

"Wouldn't it be dangerous?"

"As long as I'm here, nothing will become dangerous..."
