Main Characters

Yoon Jin Ah – Beautiful, smart and independent student from Ehwa Woman university. Growing up with her professor grandmother after she lost her parents. A very obedient granddaughter. Met and fall in love with Han Oh Soo during high school. He is her first love. She loves him and always supports his dream. Until one day, she heard nothing from him when she needs him the most.

Ri Jung Hyuk – a 5th generation chaebol of Jeonju Ri Clan. A well known wealthy conglomerate family in the medical world. Almost all of his family members and top-class doctors since his great-great-grandfather who is the Royal Physician. He is an eligible bachelor that every girl dream of. Handsome, smart, genius, kind, and rich. Handling and working at his family hospital in Busan. Remain single and rejects all the heiresses his family set him up with because of the painful past he cannot forget. Met Jin Ah coincidently during the lowest time of her life and help her. Will he fall in love again or he just helps her out of sympathy?

He always tries his best to be a better person for Jin Ah and his hard works pays off when he got a love call from a very well-known entertainment company. Supporting Characters

Gong Hyo Jin - Jin Ah's roommate and best friend. She treats Jin Ah like her sister and always there for her. She is like her family in Korea as her grandmother is away. Always stands by Jin Ah side regardless of what happens.

Kim Sung Ryung - Ri Jung Hyuk's mother. She loves her son so much and always tries to get Jung Hyuk to come back to Seoul. A connector between Jung Hyuk and his dad as she understands both her husband and her son. Open-minded and doesn't care about social status.

Go Doo Shim - Jin Ah's grandmother. Working as a professor in Japan. She is the one who raised Jin Ah after her parents died in an accident.

Ri Jin Hee - Jung Hyuk's father. Jung Hyuk believes that he has something to do with Ji Hyun's death. Have an estranged relationship with his son since that. A talented top cardiothoracic surgeon. A serious person who doesn't know how to show affections. Keeps a big secret that only his wife knows what is it.

Kim Mi Kyung - Nanny to the Ri siblings. Since her husband died, she works with the Ri family looking after the kids. She doesn't have kids on her own so she pours her motherly love to the Ri siblings. Among all the siblings, she is closest to Jung Hyuk so when Jung Hyuk move to Busan, her lady boss (Jung Hyuk's mom) ask her to accompany him to take care of him.

Ri Moo Hyuk - Ri Jin Hee and Kim Sung Ryung first son. A cardiothoracic surgeon like his father and working at their family hospital. Married with kids and a family man. A very good hyung to Jung Hyuk. Since Jung Hyuk doesn't want to work with their dad he has taken his responsibilities and help their dad running the hospital.

Ri Soo Hyuk - Jung Hyuk's younger brother. A medical student and soon to be groom as top surgeons just like his brothers. He always looks up at his brothers and wishes that one day his family could be complete again.

Ri Yoo Jung - Ri Jin Hee and Kim Sung Ryung youngest and only daughter. The little fairy in the family. Besides being the baby to her parents, she is also the apple of the eye to her brothers. Her cuteness always melts her brother's heart. One of the reasons Jung Hyuk can bear family events though he doesn't like it.
