Yoon Jin Ah focuses on her design when her best friend, Gong Hyo Jin, came in and greeted her. "Jin Ah-ya, what are you doing?"

"Finishing my drawing, wae-yo?" Jin Ah replied nonchalantly without looking at her best friend.

"Nothing, just drop by to disturb you. Hehehe. Palli finishes up, then we can go for lunch. Baeguppa." While waiting for Jin Ah to finish, she just wandered around the design studio looking at other students' works.

Hyo Jin takes a journalism course, and they share a house together as both are not from Seoul. Jin Ah used to stay in Japan with her grandmother, and Hyo Jin is from Jeonju. The two has been roommates and best friend since high school as they went to the same high school together.

"The weather is so nice today, Jin Ah. Perfect weather to stroll around for a date." Hyo Jin said as she stood by the window looking outside.

"Then ask your namchin for a date." Jin Ah replied, still immersed in her drawings.

"Hmm, how I wish he is a romantic person like that. He is a workaholic. He loves working more than anything else." Hyo Jin sighed, thinking about her lover. She has been together with her boyfriend for almost five years now, but they hardly date as Hyo Jin's boyfriend, Jo Jong Suk, does two jobs. So, most of the time, he is working. Luckily they are neighbours so they can meet often.

"It is good that he loves to work rather than he loves to loaf around and doing nothing. He works hard for you and for your future." Jin Ah defending Jong Suk.

Jo Jung Suk is their neighbour and the son of the house's landlady, both Jin Ah and Hyo Jin are renting. Since his father had passed away when he was in middle school, Jung Suk becomes the breadwinner for his family. After he finished his diploma, he works two jobs to support his mom and his younger siblings. Hence, he seldom has free time.

Hyo Jin smirked at Jin Ah's advice and keep enjoy looking at the scenery from the window, "Aigoo Yoon Jin Ah, you sound like an ahjumma. I know it's good he is hardworking, but if work is important than me, it is a problem too. Oh My God, what is he doing?"

"Wae, Jong Suk Oppa, come to visit you?" Jin Ah ask.

"Not my Oppa, but your Oppa."

"Mwo. Are you sure you are seeing Oh Soo Oppa?" Jin Ah put down her pen and looked at her best friend in disbelief. She still doesn't believe Hyo Jin as the latter is a prankster.

Hyo Jin turned to Jin Ah while rolling her eyes, "My eyesight is still 6/6, and I can confirm you, your namchin is down there waiting for you. By the way, Jin Ah, today is not your birthday, right?"

"Of coz not. My birthday had passed two months ago. What is he doing here? He doesn't tell me he wanna come." Jin Ah walks towards the window to see.

"He must want to surprise you then, as he brings a big bouquet of flowers." Hyo Jin pointed to Jin Ah, Han Oh Soo, who held a big bouquet of red roses.

"Oh my God. What is he doing? It is not my birthday or our anniversary yet," Jin Ah covered her mouth in shock, looking at Oh Soo, who is standing with a bouquet.

"You need to go down to know why. Palli ka" Hyo Jin pulled her out of the studio and went down to meet Oh Soo.

Oh Soo smiled widely as he saw Jin Ah walking towards him. "Surprise!" Hyo Jin, who is walking behind Jin Ah, is already smiling sheepishly, looking at how sweet her friend's boyfriend is.

"Oppa, you didn't tell me you want to come. What is all this?" As much as Jin Ah is excited by her boyfriend's visit, she is not a fan of surprises.
