As compared to Seoul, Busan always received lesser snow as it is by the seaside. But today is exceptional. Like a miracle in December, less than an hour before midnight, Busan received its first snowfall for the year before turning into the new year. This magical event made Busan people excited. Jin Ah and Jung Hyuk included. For him, it is like a good sign from the above as it happened on the day he decided to move on.

As for Jin Ah, she hopes it is also a sign for her to have a better life in the new year. She wants to be happy. She tried to forget about her hurtful past. And, she hopes she can be a better wife and also a better mother.

Jung Hyuk was looking at his wife, who is playing with the snow in front of him. She still has the childlike innocence in her, which makes her more special to him. He loves the wide smile that is plastered on her face. He loves how her eyes become half crescent shape as she smiles. He loves to see her showcasing her white teeth as she laughs. He loves to see her happy, and he hopes one of the reasons she is happy is him.

The innocent beauty of both Jin Ah and the snow makes him firm on his current feelings. He is falling in love with his wife, and he is so sure about it. 'People say first snow is like first love. Something that you will always remember. But to me, the first snow is like falling in love. You will never know when it will come, but when it comes, it is a beautiful feeling that you will never forget.'

Of all the days, the first snowfall is on the day he takes her out for their first date. The romantic ambience of the beautiful falling snow, the calm sea waves sound and the woman he in love with in front of his eyes suddenly gives him the urge to confess to her. It was not in his plan to confront as it could be still early, but he feels just want to do it right there and right then.

As he enjoyed watching her playing and dancing in the snow, daydreaming of the beautiful life he wishes to have with her, he was taken back to reality when she called him. "Oppa! Don't just sit there and come and join me," she waved her hand, calling him, and he is more than happy to join her. So he got up and walked to her, and together, both of them enjoying the snowfall like young kids.

"The snow is beautiful; we should not just sit around. We have to stand in the snow to appreciate its beauty," she said excitedly as she flattens her hands, catching the snowflakes that come down from the sky.

He turned to her and asked gently, "You really love snow?"

She nodded. "Most of my time growing up was in Okinawa. Unfortunately, it does not snow down there as the climate is more sub temperate. So, when I came back to Seoul, I am really excited to see snow again. It reminds me of my childhood years. During that time, whenever it snows, I will go out and build a snowman with my parents. It's one of the best memory I have of them. I believe that is why until now, whenever I see snowfalls, I will behave like a child." Her eyes glitter as she told about why she loves snow. Though there is a solemn in her voice as it reminds her of her dead parents, snow reminded her of the beautiful memory she shared with them. "I hope I am not embarrassing you," she continued.

He looked at her with a questionable look. "Why should I be embarrassed?"

"You know because I am behaving like a child," she made a cute face to him, which makes him laugh.

Suddenly she threw a small snowball at him, and it hit right at his face. He's shocked, and when he opened his eyes, she is already running away from him, and Jung Hyuk chased after her. They ran around with Jung Hyuk chasing Jin Ah and twirled their bodies around, trying to feel the snow on each part of their bodies. Then, they stopped running for a while to catch some air. Running in the cold with a full stomach is not a good combination.

"Do you know what oppa? Snow reminds me a lot about you," she said as she turned to face her husband and smiled at him.

Jung Hyuk raised his eyebrow, trying to figure out what she means by that. He brushed the snow that is already piling up on her hair. "Why is that? I don't think I am fair like snow white. Am I?"
