The shocking headline that makes the news in all portals today. My body suddenly feels weak when I saw it on the news just now. Luckily, my husband is quick to support me for balance. Although I never wish bad things to fall upon him. How bad he is? How can he get involved in the accident? Does his family know?  So many questions in my mind but so few answers.

"Gwenchana?" my husband's voice bring me back.

"Nae...I am okay," I try to keep myself still. He takes me to the couch nevertheless.

"How is his condition?" I don't know why that question came out of my mouth. Probably I just want to know how critical is his condition.

Jung Hyuk oppa didn't answer me right away. I can see he is a bit taken aback by my question. I feel like cutting back my tongue for being insensitive.

"Mihane. It's okay if you don't want to answer," I told him as I carefully touch his shoulder.

"It's bad. Very bad. He might not be able to walk again. He is still in a coma, and no one knows how long he will be in that state. Right now, he depends on the life machine," I can't really read his face as he tells me about Oh Soo's condition. Probably because he is not his patient, he looks indifferent.

I sit on the bed edge and try to digest. Although I have no connections with him anymore, hearing bad news about someone I used to know is still shocking.

"I need to go to the hospital now. If you think that you need some time to rest today, took a day off from work. I understand that you may need some time and space," he said as he brushes the top of my head tenderly.
