Eric Sohn

It was about an hour until closing time when he remembered what Sunwoo had asked. So he found his dad who was doing inventory through the shop.

"Dad?" He said, catching his father's attention.

"What's up?" He said.

"My friends been looking for a job recently and he thought it would be cool to work here at your shop. Any chance you're looking to hire anyone?" Eric asked hopefully.

Eric's dad hummed in thought. "I guess it would help to have someone help me instead of making you skip classes. Okay, sure. Bring your friend in tomorrow and we'll discuss."

"Okay. Well is there anything else you need me to do before I leave?" Eric asked.

"Nope. You're free to go, Youngjae." His dad said with a small smile. "Oh, and by the way your sister is coming to visit in a few weeks."

"What? Why?" Eric furrowed his eyebrows.

"Because she misses her family, Youngjae. Why else?" His dad replied.

"I thought she was making her new life and was too busy for us." Eric rolled his eyes.

Eric heard his dad sigh. "Please don't start. She's still your sister, and she loves you which is why she's flying in."

Eric didn't make anymore comments, he didn't want to start an argument. His dad never listened to him anyway.

"I'm going home, I have a ton of homework anyway." Eric said after a quiet minute.

Kim Sunwoo

Sunwoo was absolutely dreading this day.

So Friday rolled around much quicker than Sunwoo expected. Younghoon did end up passing the English literature lesson quiz, and he thanked Sunwoo.

It still didn't make Sunwoo feel any better about going to this stupid party. Chanhee hadn't stopped bothering him all day about it.

Sunwoo blew raspberry and fell back onto his bed. He craned his head to the side, eyes landing on the painting that Eric gave him hanging above his desk.

He sat up and thought. Would Eric be up for a party? Chanhee would probably ditch him anyway.

He picked up his phone and dialed.
