★Kim Sunwoo★
Sunwoo's parents were out of town. Again. This time to America on some celebratory cruise. What are they celebrating? Beats me. They've been gone a couple days now.
He sat down in the kitchen and pulled out his homework. He was just getting started when he heard a knock at the door.
He looked through the peephole and rolled his eyes.
"What the hell are you doing here, Juyeon?" Sunwoo asked, opening the door.
"I came here to warn you." Juyeon said, walking past Sunwoo and into the house.
"Come on in." Sunwoo said sarcastically. "And since when do you give a damn about what happens to me?"
"I never stopped." Juyeon shrugged. "Getting in with the team...there's expectations, rules...you have to keep a reputation. Unfortunately that cost me a lot of my friends. Including you."
"That's on you, Juyeon. I told you what would happen if you got involved with that group of walking broken condoms." Sunwoo said as he crossed his arms.
"Look, I didn't come here to talk about me." Juyeon cut in.
"Yeah, yeah. You came here to warn me but about what?" Sunwoo asked.
Juyeon sighed. He looked scared.
"The coach heard about Younghoon's fight in the cafeteria, the one you picked. Then he heard whispers about why you picked that fight. The coach thinks that he was involved in some sort of hazing. And that's illegal on school property."
"Okay and I'm involved in this how?" Sunwoo shrugged.
"Younghoon said that it was your idea." Juyeon said.
"He said WHAT?" Sunwoo exclaimed. "Hazing? Are you fucking kidding?! First of all why would Younghoon take the fall for something he didn't do and secondly, why the hell is he dragging me down with him?"
"The coach told the superintendent and there's a whole investigation about to start. Until it's proved that you two were hazing you're both suspended indefinitely."
There it was. The cherry on top.
"They've already called both your parents. Just a heads up." Juyeon said quietly.
A suspensión on his record is all Younghoon needed to get back at him. This could keep Sunwoo from ever going to college. At least any good ones.
Sunwoo laughed in disbelief.
"I knew his sensitive ass would retaliate. How is it fair that he gets to punish anyone who dares stand up to him?" Sunwoo exclaimed. "A suspension on my record could destroy everything I've ever worked for and all because his feelings were hurt?"
"Look, I agree. He shouldn't get away with this but there's not much you can do now. The damage is done. Unless you have concrete evidence that you two weren't hazing it's over." Juyeon shrugged.
"What about testimony? Chanhee could tell the coach and superintendent that the fight was because Younghoon was spreading rumors about him." Sunwoo suggested.
"You really think he'd go for that? I heard he never let you turn him in because he was too embarrassed." Juyeon said.
"It's all I've got, Juyeon. My future is as good as gone if I don't tell them the truth." Sunwoo said desperately.
Both boyz froze as they heard the front door open.
Shit.
