★Eric Sohn★
Eric entered his dads shop and the bell at the top of the door chimed, alerting his dad of his arrival.
"Hey, how was school?" His dad asked, counting the money in the register.
"Fine. What do you need help with?" Eric asked.
His dad grabbed a packet of blank paper stickers and a pen from behind him.
"Go to the back and put the prices on everything, the boxes are organized by value, the box is labeled with the price." He said, getting back to the register.
"This is what you wanted me to skip fifth period for?" Eric raised an eyebrow.
"Would you rather go home and deal with your mother?" Eric's dad asked, already knowing the answer.
Eric stared at his dad for a moment. "I'll get those boxes labeled." He said, walking into the back room.
Helping his dad with his shop would be better if he was actually getting paid for this. But it was still better than going home and dealing with his alcoholic mother. It's not that he hated her, not at all. Eric loved his mom, she'd been with Eric through many important phases of his life.
He just didn't like the person she's become. She'd scrape together all the money she could working multiple jobs, but always ended up getting fired and comforting herself with some kind of tequila or whiskey. She'd always say she wanted to get clean, but she never actually made the effort.
Don't even get him started on his Dad. He was maybe just as bad as she was, always defending her to Eric whenever he'd saying anything about her problem. It was like he wanted her to stay the way she was, miserable and tearing their family apart.
Eric couldn't wait to go to college and move out. It's been all he's looked forward to since they moved back to Korea from the states. Eric was glad his sister stayed in America when they told her they were moving back, at least she didn't have to worry about Eric.

★Choi Chanhee★
"Hey, watch it, bitch." Chanhee barked, having been shoved by none other Cheon fucking Sunhee.
"The fuck did you just call me?" She seethed.
Chanhee chewed the inside of his cheek and got in her face.
"I said watch it...bitch." Chanhee hissed. God he hated this chick. She's always been jealous of Chanhee, ever since he beat her at the 7th grade talent show she's had it out for his blood. Stupid, I know. But boy this girl can hold a grudge. Since then she's made it her mission to beat Chanhee at something. Chanhee's pleased to say she hasn't succeeded thus far. "Quit hiking up your skirt and watch where you're going."
Sunhee's nose visibly twitched and her lips pursed.
"Be careful, Choi Chanhee. You shouldn't underestimate me." She said quietly.
"What are you going to do? Copy off my test again?" Chanhee scoffed. "Face it, Sunhee. You're not a bad bitch, you're just a bitch. And pathetic."
Chanhee went to walk away, Sunhee crossed her arms and smirked.
"You better protect that boy toy of yours, you never know when one day out of the blue he'll come crawling to me." She called out, catching the attention of everyone in the halls.
