FEBRUARY EIGHTH
TWO THOUSAND AND TWELVE12:55 in the afternoon
"OH! CAN WE GET SOMETHING TO EAT?" Stood on the grassed grounds, Sora, dressed in his cosiest casual spring wear, and Tobio, dressed in a similar outfit, faced the new country they were in that was Italy. With Sora's advanced linguistic abilities, the soulmate duo were able to navigate through the various cities and towns, sight-seeing with the time they had left before the elder's swimming meet.
"Sure," Sora replied, one of his hands laced with Tobio's. "Where?"
Kageyama pointed over to the large white building stationed to their side. Around them were various people of various nationalities, ethnicity, and race strolling together in pairs, groups, or even individually, taking in the sights. Italy was rather diverse, tourists stopping by to visit its famous monument, snapping photos to save and show off.
Sora blinked.
"That's the Leaning Tower of Pisa."
Tobio nodded jubilantly, staring at the older boy with stars in his eyes. "I want pizza," he explained. "The internet said Italy's pizzas were the best in the world."
He blinked once.
Twice.
Thrice.
"Tobio, my love, Pisa. Not pizza. It's not a restaurant."
It took a few seconds for the words to register in Tobio's mind, his cognitive abilities failing to keep up due to the excitement buzzing around, fogging his thoughts. A delicious budding pink rose bloomed across Tobio's face, cheeks searing in heat and embarrassment. "Oh."
Sora threw his head back and laughed.
"Stop that!" he whined, tugging on his soulmate's hand. "I didn't know!"
"You're so stupidly adorable, Tobio."
"I'm not stupid!"
Sora snorted. "Your grades are deplorable, and this just adds onto my point." Kageyama gaped at his words, and Sora couldn't help the teasing smile spreading across his face. He bent down, their lips less than an inch apart. "But don't worry," he whispered huskily, cerulean eyes staring into sapphire ones, "you're my stupidly adorable Tobio."
A shiver raced down the younger's spine at the utter possessiveness. An unfamiliar feeling pooled in his stomach, curling around like a lazy cat, digging its paws into the sensitive spots within him.
"Sora," he whimpered, hands reaching up to grip his shoulders, fingers bunching up the shirt in his tight grasp.
"Yes, Tobio?"
