Chapter 20: Captured

I watched my 'mother' with sickened eyes, I mewed. I wish I could talk...To comfort him. I looked at the door, hoping papa would come back but he never did. That seemed to drive momma mad cause he got up and wrapped me up in blankets and left me on the bed, he grabbed his pistol. I mewed sadly and struggled to get out from the burrito wrap I was in. Momma put a finger to his lips and left. I watched him go and started to cry. I heard walking. I was really hoping that was papa...Or Momma! Either would be fine...I saw a man step in. He had a cool mask. He waved at me and walked up. I mewed at him and he unwrapped me. He stared at me and I stared back, crippling under the glare he was most likely giving me. I mewed and looked down.

"Ha, just like your father.." I looked at him at the mention of 'father'. I squirmed around and tried to get out of his arms. He tsked and said, "Nonono....Your coming with me..." I mewed and looked at him. There's no way in hell I would go with him.....

I clawed at his mask, feeling really angry. He dropped me and I hit the floor with a sicking crunch. I squealed as I felt a sharp pain in my leg, but that didn't stop me. I limped/ran to the door. It felt like the moment in Little NightMares II when Mono is running from that tall man in slow motion. That's what it felt like. I made it out the door but I ran into something. I lookd down and saw a body of a Henchmen. I cried out and backed up. I tumbled onto Chaos's feet and he leaned down and grabbed me. I heard running foot steps, and they we're approaching. But it must have been to late. I heard shouting but it got really quiet. My eyes were closed, scared to open them.

When I did, I didn't like what I saw...I was in some sort of office. Chaos was sitting in chair, working on something. I sat up and yowled from the pain that shot through my leg. Chaos sighed and said, "Don't move like that, your leg is broken..." I looked at him with the 'Well, you don't think!' look. He rolled his eyes and said, "Your lucky your alive! I could of killed you!" I looked at him and sighed, a tear rolling down my cheek. "Im sorry Kit...But I have to do this...." I looked at him harder, "Do what?" I whispered. He looked at me, shocked. I was shocked myself. "Well, I'm deeply in love Midas and I'll do whatever takes to make him love me...." I shook my head, "So you take his only kid?" Chaos stared at me. 

"What? Cat got your tongue~?" I asked, He laughed and I giggled. "Listen, I'll let you run around but you'll be under a watchful eye...Got it??" I nodded and quickly started to think about an escape plan. I looked at the brace on my leg and tested how heavy it was. No venting I see. I groaned, trying to find out how to get down. Chaos scooped me up and set me on the floor by the door and opened the door for me. I crawled out and crawled toward the left hallway. 

I saw a Henchmen. But the weird thing about it is that it's robotic. It saw me and waved. I rose a paw to it and waved as well. Why are the people so nice here?? I stuck my head through the railing of the stairs to see what's downstairs. I saw that there was garage. I love garage's. What? I'm a Maya kinnie, get over it. I landed on the first step and realized that there's no way I'll make down without hurting myself more. Then I lifted off the ground. I didn't do anything though, just let it happen. I was getting carried down the stairs. When I was sat down, I turned to see who helped me. It was the Henchmen I waved at. He seems cool. Probably the Henchmen that has watch me. I limped to the garage and pushed open the door. The Henchmen followed. I saw that there where many spare parts of other Robots. 

I saw a broken scooter thingy. I saw many things. Then the purrfect plan hit me. But it would take months, if not months, years before I finish it. I saw that there was a IPad ran machine where you can move the machine with your hands on the tablets of choice. I jumped up and turned on the machine. The Henchmen watched. I started to make the machine grab the scooter and melt the back wheel off of it. I left it on the side and grabbed an old robot and tore it in half. I took the legs and sat them down. I started to see if there was a conveyor belt. Anywhere? I kept looking. Soon enough, I found one. I welded the platform to the legs and started to my a circuit board to make sure the legs bend and work well for walking purposes. 

The Henchmen kept watching. It was kinda creepy. Cause he wasn't looking at what I was doing, it was looking directly at me. I every now and then saw it look away and see what I'm doing but then he'll look at me. I finished the legs and was exhausted. I hid the legs under a clothe and jumped down from the machine, which I quickly regretted. The Henchmen picked me up and carried me to Chaos's office. "Hello Kit...How was your day?" I looked out the window and saw the sun was setting. I nodded and whispered, "It was good..." Chaos nodded and removed his mask. I sucked in a breath. "Goopy..." I mumbled which he chuckled. "Your father did this to me..." I stared, "Meow?" He shook his head, "Not Meowscles..." He said papa's name with venom. 

"Your 'mother' I suppose....He grabbed my head and..." He shuddered. I nodded, I honestly don't care for one. "Dilligaf..." I mumbled and he sighed, "You don't care cause you see your 'mother' as a saint..." "Don't you too?" Chaos blushed and turned around in his chair. I laughed at his reaction. "Your a tiny asshole, you know that?" I nodded even though he didn't see it.

When I lefted the room, I ran downstairs. Meowscles was limping to the kitchen. Brutus was lying on the floor. Maya was coughing terribly, TnTina was at her side, trying to help her up. I ran to Meowscles, "Meowscles!" Meowscles turned quickly and grabbed me into a hug. I cried and cried. "Where's kit?" He asked. I pointed to the staircase.   He nodded and peppered my face with kisses. I giggled, "Okay! Okay!" He laughed and held me closer. Then I heard it. This crying noise. I turned towards the stairs and ran up. I froze at the sight, Chaos was holding Kit. Kit was crying. Chaos was staring, his mask showing no expression. Then he disappeared. I screamed out. Meowscles came upstairs quicker than god. It's like he knew from my expression.

"I want everyone searching everywhere!" Meowscles called, jogging downstairs. I crumpled to the floor and sobbed. I should have brought him with me! Dammit! 

It's my fault...It's all my fault....
