He knew damn well it was the first time you called him by his first name. He didn't move nor protest, he just stood there and watched you almost break down before him.

You didn't back down from his hard stare, while the both of you were just standing in the hallway near the exit. The height difference between you two made your neck hurt from looking up at him.

He didn't answer. You were getting upset by the way he acted nonchalantly. Why isn't he saying something? Or even get a slight reaction from him?

You narrowed your eyes at him, trying to get him to talk. But it was unusual since he was quiet and his face showed no emotion. Why was he acting like you were the one at fault?

"Tell me, Satoru." you said once again with a hushed voice. You watched his adam's apple bobbed, as he sighed deeply, like this was a waste of time. It hurt you to see him like that.

"I should be the one asking you that, Y/N." his voice was so low that you scoffed sarcastically. What did he mean by that?

You shake your head. "Seriously?" you whispered in disbelief. He was acting like a complete asshole right now, acting like he was the victim here.

He let out a irritated sigh, and glanced to the side, placing his hand on his waist. It looked like his time was precious and you were wasting every bit of it.

There weren't many students around, but this time, you didn't care even if there were people around you. You were tired of asking yourself why he was acting like nothing happened.

"At the beach-"

"What about it?" he asked, rather quickly, cutting you off. You let out a forced chuckle, truly confused at how he acted. You firmly pressed your lips shut and released it, gazing at his eyes again.

You shake your head. "You never really cared, did you?" you mumbled under your breath, but he still heard it.

He looked so irritated, pinching the bridge of his nose. "I have no time for this. I have to go." you gritted your teeth when he walked passed you, like he was such in a hurry.

You stood there, not knowing what to do and just watched him walk away from you. Your heart felt so heavy, like how hard he stepped on the grass as he walked. You watched his tall figure walk towards someone you didn't expect to see him with.

Your hands clenched in a fist when you saw who he was with. Brittany was there waiting for him, tapping her foot impatiently on the grass. She watched the whole thing, and it definitely pissed you off when you saw her smirk at you.

Gojo didn't stop to talk to her and just headed towards the left wing with her trailing behind. Your tears threatened to fall, as you turn your back on them and went straight to your class.

You let your friends know you weren't going to wait for them because you'll head home first. The last class was so blurry since your mind was still elsewhere, so you just blankly stare at the white board in front while the professor talk nonstop.

You were lost in your little world as you got out of class. You even got startled when your groupmate called you and reminded you about the project you guys were working on. Your answer was a simple nod, before walking away.

You glanced at the direction Gojo walked to earlier. Some stufents were walking and some were sitting everywhere on the grass. All the questions you wanted to ask were buried on the ground, since you didn't want to hear and know the answers.

So he did went back with her? He's so pathetic, really. You bitterly thought.

When you got home, you realized it was another day of pretending you were fine with your mom. She wasn't at home by then, so you just went upstairs to your room.
