Chapter 29: The Tower Of Heaven

Team Natsu was in Akane Resort thanks to the tickets Loke, who turned out to be the Celestial Spirit Leo, gave them before returning to the Spirit World. Natsu and the others were having a great time off doing all kinds of stuff. 

Fuuwa: Are you sure you don't wanna go surfing with them?

Raiga immediately gets sick hearing that.

Raiga: I don't even wanna think about it...

Fuuwa: But are you sure it's wise to enjoy ourselves like this? We still have rent to pay off.

Raiga: Don't give me that!

Raiga: You look like you're ready to have fun yourself!

Fuuwa: But-

Raiga: And besides, we still have the money you secretly took from the Galuna Island mission. We're talking about 70 million jewel! We'll be fine!

Fuuwa: About that...

Raiga: Yeah?

Fuuwa: There's nothing left.

Raiga: Eh?

Fuuwa: All the money was used to cover the expenses for Fairy Tail's renovation.

Raiga immediately spills his milk out of shock.

Raiga: ...O-O... Huh!?

Fuuwa: Renovating a guild costs a fortune, so once we return to the guild hall, we should go on a job ASAP.

Raiga: W-W-W-Wait a minute hold on! How can all that money disappear just like that!? Is it that big of a renovation!?

Fuuwa: ...

After donating most of the money to Fairy Tail's reconstruction, Fuuwa was met with a choice. To use the leftover money to pay rent, or buy expensive cigarettes.

Fuuwa: *Sweats nervously*

In the end, the Exceed's addiction won.

Fuuwa: (I'll die before I tell him the full story...)

Raiga: NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

(Later)

It was sunset, and Erza was still in her swimsuit relaxing at the balcony.

Erza: (Today sure was fun... Really...)

"Erza... There's no such thing as freedom in this world..."

Erza wakes up in a jolt and breathes heavily.

Erza: (A dream? When did I fall asleep?)

Erza stands up, looks herself at a mirror and Re-quips back to her usual armor.
