In a meeting room within the Royal Castle, Hughes, Sugarboy, Lily, Byro, and Coco were having a meeting with King Faust.

Byro: Kekeke. Just as the legend says, we knew that wizards from Earthland have magic power inside their bodies.

Sugarboy: Hmm... Just like the Exceeds...

Byro: But that magic power cannot be compared to the Exceeds...

Coco: So that girl named Lucy also has magic power in her body?

Byro: Yesh...

Hughes: Then killing her is, whoa, such a waste!

Faust: Irrelevant! We have orders to eliminate her from Queen Chagot of the Exceeds.

Coco: An order from the Queen?

Then suddenly, Edolas Fuuwa enters the room.

Edo-Fuuwa: Sorry I'm late.

Panther Lily: Where have you been, Fuuwa?

Edo-Fuuwa: I heard Reiko Yagari was finally captured

Byro: Yes. The leader of that pesky guild has finally been captured.

Sugarboy: About time if you ask me.

Hughes: But whoa! Erza must be overjoyed.

Edo-Fuuwa: Will you be killing her on the spot, sire?

Faust: We'll schedule a public execution at a later date. Her death will serve as a warning to future rebels.

Edo-Fuuwa: Understood.

Byro, Coco, and the Royal Army Captains began to leave the meeting room, talking about what they could do with unlimited Magical Power. Panther Lily remained in the room with the King, his arms crossed.

Faust: What is the matter, Panther Lily?

Lily: Your highness, it is about the recent military buildup...

Faust simply glared at Panther Lily, making his position clear.

Lily: Never mind. If you'll excuse me...

He then got up and left the room as well.

Lucy was still sitting in her cell as she pondered everything that happened,

Lucy: Happy and Carla are a race called the Exceed. Exceed... In other words, they're like angels. And their Queen Chagot is God. The word of God is law, and it is her job to regulate humanity. If her mouth says "die", that human has no choice but to die. This is ridiculous! How unfair of a law can you get?
