In preparation for the Grand Magic Games, everyone has split off to go training for the games. Team Natsu, and Shadow Gear went to the beach to start their training.
Carla: People! We didn't come here to have fun!
Happy: That's right!
Happy, Carla and Fuuwa were dressed to go relax in the water. Raiga looks down at them.

Raiga: You're seriously telling us that dressed like that?
Erza: Of course, we know that. The key is variation.
Erza starts fooling around in the water.
Erza: Play hard, eat a lot, sleep a lot!
Jet: You're leaving out training, the most important point of all!
Droy: By the time this training camp is over...
Jet: ...you'll at least be able to beat us.
Natsu and Gray suddenly rush past them, sending them flying!
Natsu: The sea!!
The two start having all kinds of competitions, from a swimming race, to sand castle building, to an eating contest, even a suntan contest. When they finished, they were exhausted.
Natsu: What do you say we go back to the inn and take a nap?
Gray agrees and the two walk off.
Jet: They enjoyed the hell out of this...
Droy: Well, I guess we can cut them some slack on the first day.
Juvia was watching Gray from behind a palm tree.
Juvia: A tanned Gray-sama is dreamy, too.
(Later)
Everyone finally began training in earnest. In an isolated area, Raiga was casually pumping iron.
