Chapter 52: Raiga vs Brain

Okay, so quick summary, Nirvana is currently heading towards Caitshelter, Gray and Lucy met with Jura and Hoteye in Nirvana, Midnight appeared in front of them, and Hoyete stayed behind to fight him while the others go after Brain, but not before revealing that his real name is Richard. Also, Natsu defeated Cobra.

After defeating Cobra, Happy and Natsu fly back down as the poison effect was getting worst.

Happy: I'm kinda... My body doesn't feel so...

Natsu: Is it his poison?

The two then crash to the ground.

Natsu: I can't move... either...

Nirvana continues marching forward, making Natsu feel both nauseous and sick.

Natsu: Plus... I'm on transportation...

Surprising enough, a pissed off Cobra appears in front of him.

Cobra: By the pride of the Six Generals, I will defeat you!

Natsu: Damn it... I can't move...

Cobra was getting his attack ready.

Cobra: I can hear it... I can hear the end of the life of an Old Generation Dragon Slayer!

Cobra prepares to finish the defenseless Natsu. However, he is shot from the back by Brain.

Brain: Enough, Cobra.

Cobra: B-Brain? What are you...

Brain: You did well. Rest in peace. 

Cobra however, was able to hear what Brain was really thinking.

Brain: (In the end, he was nothing more than a fake Dragon Slayer... I have no need for him as one of the six generals that will crush the official guilds. Trash!)

Cobra was speechless.

Brain: Oops. Did you hear that? *Laughs*

Cobra: *In Tears* Damn you... Damn you! My prayer... I only wanted to hear the voice of my one friend... Cubellios...

Cobra tries to reach out for Cubellios, but falls to the ground.

Natsu: Cobra...

Natsu angrily attempts to get back up as he confronts Brain.

Natsu: Weren't you... his ally?

Brain: Ally? I can gather as many as I wish shortly. Using Nirvana's power, that is.

Natsu: You can't call those allies. They're just puppets!

Brain: Now, now... Don't get testy. I have taken an interest in your power. I suspect you know what I mean by that.

Natsu angrily glares at him.

Brain: I will make you my first puppet slave!

Raiga: Natsu!

Raiga, Wendy and Carla find Brain, who was dragging Natsu by the scarf.

Wendy: Natsu-san!

Natsu: Huh...?

Carla: What happened?

Wendy: Is he poisoned?

Natsu: It's 'cause this is transportation...

Carla: Huh?

Fuuwa: ...-_-... He suffers from the same problem as Raiga.

Natsu is surprised to see Raiga in perfect condition.

Natsu: Huh? What the- No fair! How come you aren't sick!?
