sometimes i delete
the beginning parts of my poems
because when i write there is a theme along the way
beauty, hope, magic, death
but then it shifts
it changes
the goal is to show the downsides
not the positives and the
shimmering glimpse of stories i'll never tell
disappears in sunlight
see, it's not too hard
it's just ending beginnings
