my pain
is not a memory
for you to laugh at
to remember in years
and smile like it
was a good joke
my pain is not
to be taken
halfheartedly
my words
may be funny
but in heart
i am not and
though all i write has
happiness woven in
i am not my writing
and you should not
treat me as such
