Atlas's POV
"So tell me why I'm carrying you again?" I ask the girl on my back. "Because you're nice" Kiara answers looking forward. "Mhmm sure," I roll my eyes while she points ahead. "To the twins' room!" She begins her chant, which just makes me stop.
"Once again why can't you walk?" I pry and she grabs my shoulders. "I'm lazyyyy, you're strong, think of it as working out" she whines, I shrug. "Good enough for me" I mumble making my way to the twins' room.
I kick the door and wait. Ivy opens it with a bored expression which quickly brightens when she sees her girlfriend. Kiara slides down my back and I straighten up watching her jump into her girlfriend's arms.
Leaning against the doorway I wait for a thank you. "Where's your sister?" I ask looking around the room. She shrugs looking down at Kiara. "With your sister, doing who knows what" she replies as I stand there awkwardly.
They were cute, but it was still awkward. This family had a whole fan club for Ash and I. "Well- uh, you're welcome" I push myself off the door and turn to leave. "You're so adorable" not even a second later and the flirting begins.
Making my way down the hall at a little jog I turned the corner slamming my foot roughly into a side table. "FUCK! SHIT! fuckkk, who fucking moved that" I grab my foot hopping around for a second.
When the sharp pain leaves my foot, I sigh placing it on the ground. "Damn it that hurt..." I huff looking up to be met with wide brown eyes. "Ash, you heard nothing" I chuckle and he blinks. "You must really hate that table" he whispers, while I scratch the back of my head nervously.
Going over to him slowly, my foot still hurts. "You didn't hear anything" I repeat as he steps onto the last step. "No, I think the whole house did" he giggles as I put my hands onto his hips.
"How are you still taller than me?" Ash continues giving me a pout. I lift him from the step and swing him around onto the floor. "Because I just am" I mock pulling him close.
"Well at least I have a clean mouth" he shoots back and I purse my lips. "Me? Are you saying I have a dirty mouth... I don't think so?" I chuckle and he narrows his eyes, wrapping his arms around my neck.
"If I remember correctly... f-" I quickly put a hand over his mouth with wide eyes. "Asher! No, bad words" I warn him and he shakes his head. "You get to say them all the time!" He whines and I raise my eyebrows.
"Aren't you being a little rebel today?" I smirk getting a blush from him. "But no bad words, because then I'm going to get in trouble" I admit and he bites his lip. "Hmmm no," he giggles trying to run out of my grip.
Ash turns but my arms were still wrapped around his torso keeping him still. "Nice try" I laugh and he slumps over my arms just kind of hanging there.
"Let go of meeeee" he continues before slumping down to his knees and escaping my grasp. He picks his head up knowing he's free and scampers to his feet keeping himself a few feet away.
"Ha!" He laughs and I shake my head with a chuckle. "I'll come to get you, don't think I won't" I smirk and he opens his mouth. "No bad words" I point at him, he taps his foot contemplating it.
"Just once?" He asks and I roll my eyes. "You've already said it once" I argue and he stops. "I have?" He asks scratching the back of his neck. "Yeah, when you were all drugged up! You copied something I said" I explain and he puts a hand to his mouth.
"Really! That's so embarrassing!" He mumbles blushing at the memory. "You were cute it's fine... things happened and that's all I'm saying" I shut myself up knowing he would go into a full panic attack.
