Chapter Four

' Stella , Christy wake up it's almost 12. Breakfast ready take a shower and come down '. Said Mrs Wilson

We both kept changing our positions instead of getting up. The bed was too cosy to get up but as usual I was hungry so I managed to get up first while Stella still lay in bed.

' Stella I am going to take a shower first ' I said

' Hmmmm ' . Was Stella response

Thank god I had extra garments at her place for times like this. So I grabbed a towel and stood under the warm shower , washed my hair , brushed my teeth and got out of bathroom.

Stella was still in bed. So I stood infront of her and woke her up . She made some grumbling noise but the got up and now she went to take bath.while I went down before and was greeted by mrs wilson in the kitchen. It was Saturday so mrs wilson had off while Mr Wilson was on a shift.

' Morning mrs wilson '. I said

' It's almost afternoon dear ' , said mrs wilson smiling

' Oops sorry actually Stella was crying in her sleep lastnight so because of that we didn't wake up at normal time ' I said

"What ? Is she alright now" , mrs wilson said in a worried tone

"Yeah yeah she's fine now" . I said reassuring her

Soon Stella joined us on the dining table and we sat down to eat. We both had a glass of orange juice and some toast.

I could sense that Stella was nervous and so was I . The letter would be here any moment. Just then the door bell rang we both looked at each other nervously and mrs wilson went to get the door and soon she came with an envelope and gave it to Stella.

She took it from her mother and nervously held it in her hand looking at me.

' Go ahead Stella open it ' I said in  a nervous tone

She nodded and open the envelope and read the letter and soon she had a big smile on her face and hugged me and her mom saying she got in. We both screamed at top our voices. My phone was buzzing and it was mum me and Stella looked at eachother. I knew my letter has reached home and my mum calling me to give me either good or bad news.

' Go on pick up the phone '  , said Stella nervously

I nodded and picked up the phone and my mum squealed saying baby you have got in and I screamed in the phone saying Yes Yes . Finally we habe done it Stella we are going to NYU. We did a group hug and decided to celebrate and shop.

Stella and I left her home and was heading towards mine her mum gave her some cash to celebrate and shop for college so now I had to go to my place and get loaded . So we reached my place my mum was home while dad was at shop I ran and hugged her and then she hugged Stella.

' Mum I need some cash to shop and celebrate ', I said excitedly

I am sure you need new clothes for college and plus you both are going to celebrate . Said my mum  Sure you can here it is. And then my eyes poped out she was handing me a credit card I took it and saw my name on it and she said baby we have saved enough for you to spend it but I hope you want missuse this card. I went and hugged her .

"Thank you Thank you so much . I promise" ,  I squeal

Soon we were out in my car and heading towards the same mall. We got there and went to the same outlets and luckily the dresses and clothes were still there and happily we got. we both got whatever we wanted so now we headed to the same chinese restaurant and ordered our food.

I am so happy for both of us today . Finally we did it Stella and we need to leave tomorrow for NYU to get settled from monday pur classes will start. I said excitedly

' Yeah we have to leave tomorrow ' ,  she said with a small smile

"What's wrong Stella" ? I ask with worry

"Nothing its just that finally I will be leaving my place and start on with a new life and yesterday I saw Nick in my dreams and it was so real , tears started forming in her eyes . And in my dreams he promised me to move on and start fresh"

"I smiled and said sure we will start a new life and be happy. You just need to trust me and no more crying"  . I said

She nodded and the waiter got our food and we ate enjoying the delicious meal . ' This is the best chinese restaurant ' , I said with my mouthful

"Yeah it is and I am going to miss this place" , Stella said

' Me too '

We finished our meal and left for our places . I dropped Stella to her place first and said our good bye . Then I left for my place . Dad car was parked outside which means he was back at home .I parked my car and went inside, mum and dad were in kitchen cooking my favourite chicken burrito.

"Hey mum I am back" I was struggling with the shopping bags so dad came and helped me.

' Hey baby ' my mum said

' Seems like someone has already spent all the money from her credit card '  . My dad said in sarcastic way

"Dad please you syaing like as if I bought a whole outlet with me . I just bought few necessary things that's it" . I said smiling

"Yeah yeah . Now go change and pack your things" ' , dad siad in a sad tone.

"Okie dad" , I said and went to my room.

I took my duffle bag out and started packing . Kept all my new clothes in the bag and also took some clothes fron my closet and kept in my bag . Now my bag was all packed with clothes so I needed one more bag to keep my footwears so I took a small bag and kept all the shoes. Finally I was done with my packing I checked everything once again and left for bathroom to take a shower. I took a quite good time in the shower and then came out changed in my pjs and top and headed down for dinner.

Mum and dad were at dining table so I joined them. My mum handed me my burrito and I ate happily. We talked about some stuffs and she asked me whether I have got all my things packed. And I nodded

' Christy we are going to miss you so bad '  . My mum said breaking into sobs.

"Mum please don't cry I promise I will be fine and will call you often . And I promise I will get good grades too" . I said hugging her

"I know , just be careful and promise to call us often" , my mum said

"Mum I am not leaving now" . I said smiling ,"Anyhow I promise . Now can we eat our burrito before it gets cold"

I finished my dinner and went to my room after saying goodbye to mum and dad . I lay on my bed and took my journal out I haven't updated my journal so I wrote things about the things that have happened in past few days. So  I was feeling sleepy so I got up and kept my journal in my handbag switched of the lights and went to bed and soon fell asleep.

So I changed my character name from bella to stella . I kinda thought bella was common so I choosed stella .
