Chapter Ten

The rest of the week goes by quickly and it was already Friday, I thought to myself atleast I can sit back and relax on the weekend and do some research work which my first class teacher Miss Ellie has given also I didn’t bump into harry the whole weekdays though I saw him in the corridors looking at me but when I looked at him he quickly looked away. At least I managed to save myself from any more rude comments from him. Stella and jasmine were planning to go out to a coffee shop with Chase and his friends. I was happy that Stella is spending time with new people, she has always been socially active and whereas I was always awkward, but somehow we didn’t get to spend much time together I mean yes we live in the same room and stuff but never really shared or spoke about our feelings anymore.

" Hey jasmine and I are going out, care to join", Stella asked

" I would love too, but sorry I am tired and I have to complete some assignments", I pout

" You can finish it tomorrow, you still have two days off don’t be so boring Christy", jasmine said

" Okay fine but I am sure not going to that stupid party again and you both are not going to force me", I said furrowing my eyebrows

" Cool we won’t force you, though it will be fun because this time the party is at harry place and usually his parties are always private only his groupies and their girlfriends, but whatever you say", jasmine said smiling.

" I still don’t want to go, so how are going to the coffee shop your car or jasmine car?" I asked

" No worries harry and chase is going to pick us up", jasmine said smiling, shoot! I rolled my eyes, I guess she knows that I am not a fan of harry and his friends, though Tom seems to be a nice guy but whatever.

 Jasmine got a call from chase I guess and she said lets go they are already here. We locked our room and headed towards harry’s car, I was in the same college clothes and tired plus headache I hope the coffee will take away the headache and please god I hope he stops being annoying.

" Hey ladies, hop in" chase said smiling and then he saw me and looked at harry, we didn’t know that Christy was joining us.

" Yeah, they forced me to come, though I wanted to stay back but anyhow I do need a coffee for now my head hurts badly", I said whining

 Three of us sat at the back and harry drove away, he was looking at me through the rear view mirror but I looked away and soon we were outside a coffee shop and five us got in.

 We were greeted by the other boys and we all ordered our coffee and snacks. I was sitting opposite to harry and Stella, I somehow felt awkward after what happened between me and harry few days back and also I was seeing them sitting together for the first time, and Mack was sitting next to me.

" Are you coming to the party today Christy"? Tom asked from the corner

 "No, I am not feeling well, and I need to complete some assignments", I said rubbing my forehead.

" Too bad I thought we all could have some fun, I hope you change your mind", Tom said

" You shouldn’t force anyone to come for a party if they don’t want to come Tom", harry said furrowing his eyebrows.

 I rolled my eyes and didn’t reply meanwhile the waiter got our order and we started eating. They all were talking about tonight party and other college stuffs while I was lost in my thoughts and drinking coffee, I saw Stella looking at me with concerned eyes but I gave her a smile and looked at harry he was about to say something but I just looked away, I wasn’t ready for any comments. Harry paid the bill and we all went outside. Harry and Chase were going to drop us to hostel so we waited for him while the rest of the boys left saying goodbye.

 Harry came and unlocked the car and we all hopped in. I kept quite the whole drive to the hostel while chase and everyone were singing to the song that was being played on harry IPod I guess. Soon we were outside our hostel we all said bye and I was getting of the car, when harry stopped me.

 “Hey are you all right”, “you seemed so off from past few days”, harry asked looking concerned

" Yeah I am alright, you don’t have to worry", I said nonchalantly

" Why so rude?, I was just asking", he said with a frown on his face

" Whatever", Bye harry, I said getting out of the car

 I heard harry saying, Hope to see you at the party, but I just ignored him and walked towards Stella and Jasmine and they drove off.

 Jasmine said bye,leaving Stella and I in front of our room, we got in and Stella looked at me and said “we need to talk “, I knew what was coming.
