Chapter Fifty One

I closed my locker and started walking towards the canteen when my phone started ringing and it was Adam. I guess he was free now.

"Hey Adam", I said

"Hey are you free"? He asks

"Yeah just got free, where are you"? I asked

"See you in 2 minutes, wait near your locker", he said and disconnected the call, I walked back to my locker and stood there waiting for him. Soon I saw him running towards me.

"Hey Christy", he says and hugs me

"Hi", I said

"Let's go to the canteen and talk", he says. I shrug and we both walk towards the canteen anyhow after this class it will be break time, I was missing harry already and wanted to see him. We both sat at the back.

"So how have you been"? He asks

"I am fine, how was your weekend"? I asked

"Mine was fine too, you know how parents are, they want me to get good grades and stuff", he says rolling his eyes and I chuckle

"You are right" I said. I wanted to tell him about mum and dad but maybe next time, opening up to Miss Ellie already made me emotional so I should just tell him some other time.

"Christy back to earth", he says. The bell rings and it was break time

"I will go and get lunch for both of us", he says

"Cool, get me burger and a coke", I said

"Okay", he says and leaves. I sat their scrolled through my 1975 instagram profile. They are really a cool band and I love their songs. I heard through some news that they will be performing in New York so I think I should save some money for their concert. Maybe Stella, jasmine and I could have some girl time. Adam came back with our food and handed me my food tray. I looked around to see if harry and his friends around but didn't see them around so I continued eating my food.

"You know Miss Ellie is taking us for an interview demo on Friday", I said excitedly

"That sounds fun", he says,

"Cool right, she didn't tell us who will give us the demo, it's a surprise, Can it be Friday already", I said  

"Okay I get your excitement", he says. I heard someone clearing his throat and Adam expression changes. I got confused and looked back. I saw harry looking at Adam with rage.

"Christy lets go", he says

"What"?

"I said lets go, can't you hear me". He frowns

"I am having lunch right now harry, will come to your table once I am finished", I said

"No you're going with me", he says and grabs my arm

"Relax harry she will see you in a while, let her finish her lunch", Adam says

"Back off jerk before I break your face, I don't like my girl having lunch with random lads," he says. I looked around and saw people looking at us, some of the girls were looking at us and talking among them, so maybe this is how he is when he's in a relationship, and the whole college knows how possessive he was for Michelle and maybe these girls know it's a harry thing.

"Christy your girl", Adam says and laughs

"What's so funny ass, she's my girlfriend", harry says and Adam looks at me confused and I just look at him with a sorry face for not telling him about it.

"Christy you didn't tell him about us", harry asks me

"I was going to tell him", I say

"Christy are you embarrassed of me, is this the reason that's why you didn't tell him, he scoffs

"What? No, I was going to tell him sooner", I said

"Whatever", he says and walks away from us. And I just sit back not knowing what to do. While Adam looks confused and I am sure he has thousands of question to ask when and how all this happened and now I have to tell him the whole story. I look at Adam and he has this face which says care to explain and I sigh.

"I promise I will explain you everything after college", I said rubbing my forehead

"Don't think I will let you go without explaining all this", he says

"I know, that's why I am promising you that will explain you everything later, it's a long story", I said

"Fine, but we are meeting after college", he says and I nod. I look back and saw Erick, Tom and everyone sitting in a group and harry was not there.

"Its fine Christy you can go and look for harry, I am sure he's really pissed", he says

"Are you sure", I ask

"Yeah now go", he says and I hug him and leave. I walk towards Tom and the group.

"Hey Stella and hi everyone", I said

"Hey babe, where were you"? Stella asks

"I was with Adam anyways Tom you know where harry is? I ask looking at him

"He kind of looked pissed and went out", he says

"Okay, I will see you guys later "I said and left. I walked in the hallway and looked for harry but didn't see him anywhere. I even peeped into boys' washroom but he was not there too. I checked time and only 10 minutes was left for the break to get over. I went outside and looked for him, I tried finding his car and it was parked near Tom's car, I walked towards his car just in case if I find him somewhere near. As I reached near his car, I saw him sitting in his car with his head down. I quickly went and tap on the window, he didn't look up and I tapped again and finally he looks up.

"Harry come out please" I say but he doesn't say anything and continues listening to the song. He was listening to Ed sheeran "I'm a mess". I know he's really angry and I am sure I will be missing my 3rd lecture because I am not good at consoling people and it's going to take time. I open the back door and hop in. harry looks at me confused.

"What? Even I want to listen to it", I say and close my eyes. But he turns off the music, I know it's not a good time to argue so I don't say anything. We stay quiet for good few minutes.

"Christy do you really love me", harry asks breaking the silence

"Off course harry just because I didn't tell Adam doesn't mean you will judge me", I said

"You know Christy that I don't like my girl hanging out with any other guy and plus Adam is a jerk" he scoffs

"Harry he's my friend", I whine
