Chapter Seven

Stella and I woke up with annoying alarm tone. I switched the alarm off and rolled into my bed again hearing a groan from Stella. We stayed in our bed for a while.

' Wake up it's already 8.15 ' , I am sure we both don't want to be late on our first day, I said and Stella just moved but didn't bother getting up.

Somehow I managed to get up . Though I wanted to go back to sleep. I got my towel and other necessary stuffs and went to bathroom and took a quick shower and then came out . Meanwhile when I was back to my room, Stella was getting ready for a shower and headed to bathroom. I planned to wear new clothes today , so I took my new black ripped jeans along with a white crop top and a thin sweater along with it because it was getting pretty chilly day by day. Also I choosed to wear my toms with it . Soon I was ready and was applying a bit of mascara and a pink lipstick and kept my hair loose. I was joined by Stella and even she started getting ready quickly, we didn't have much time plus we had to grab some breakfast also , so we needed to get out fast in order to make it on time.

Soon we locked our room and headed for Stella car and drove to campus , we didn't had time to eat breakfast so just thought of getting a coffee from the canteen.We reached the campus and parked our car , I could sense the nervousness in the air . I didn't know whether I was nervous because it was our first day or that I am going to see those green eyes again , I think I will go with the first one .

"Hey we are here ", I said in a nervous tone

"Yeah .. let's get going before we get late ", Stella said trying to sound confident

' I know let's go '

We made our way to the hall it was all crowded , students leaning on their lockers , some couples making out in the corner , the geeks had their own corner , the cool kids and the hot girls of the college had their own way. And I didn't know in which category did Stella and I fall . I think I will go with the not so cool or the geek group . We both went to the office to get our schedule , though we both have taken journalism somehow Stella wanted to switch the course she was not so much interested in this course , she just took it for the sake of being with me but I guess now she wants to go for something she would like , so she went to speak to the head , and while I took my schedule and waited for her near my locker.

When I was going through some english book , yeah I have taken English as an extra subject , I saw a group of boys at the corner laughing and when I looked carefully I was met by the same green eyes , I nervously took a quick glance at him and looked back at my book again. After sometime I heard someone making a sound and when I looked up , it was him and he was smiling .

' Hey I am harry , sorry I forgot to introduce myself yesterday and where is your friend ' he said with a smirk on his face

' Hiii I am Christy , she gone to the office ' I said nervously

"Ohh . So what course have you taken "? He asked

' Jounalism ' I said

"Nice , I have my friend who's has the same course but ofcourse he's one year senior but he can help you with all the notes" , he said

"Oh that would be nice , thank you" , I said

And soon the bell rang and it was my cue to leave .

"Bye . I gotta go" , I said nervously

"Bye , see you around christy" , he said smiling

Why would I want to see him again , though he semms like a nice guy What is wrong with me I should stop thinking about him , it's not good for me and I pushed all the unnecessary thoughts back in my mind. Stella was still not back from office so I went to my class.I got inside the class luckily the teacher was not yet in the class. So I took a seat near a window and infront was a curly hair girl who was busy texting on her phone. She looked back at me and said ,

' Hi I am anny ' , she said in a cheerful tone

' Hi I am christy ' I said

"I just hope the teacher won't be a bore" , she said

"I hope so" , I said

Just then the teacher arrived and she introduced herself to us and we had to do the same and she talked about the course in genral and to me she seemed kinda a cool women. First lecture was over three more to go . We only had three lectures in journalism class and the last one was my english class. Second period also went by and then it was break time so first I headed to my locker , I didn't find Stella anywhere and I started to get worried , I went to the canteen paid for the food and sat on a table and called on Stella number.

"Hey where are you ? I was worried and I am waiting for you in the canteen" , I said

"Sorry got caught up in the office with some things , I will be there in a five" , she said

Soon I was greeted by her . Hey I am sorry the chairperson wanted to see my school grades in order to change the course so it took some time and finally he agreed , she said happily

"That's nice , now got an get some food for yourself" , I said smiling

We finsihed our lunch and headed back to our respective classes.The day went quite quick I was sitting in my last class i wasn't paying attention in my class i was looking outside the window and was in a deep thought , i also thought about him that i didn't see him at the canteen and not een in the corridors soon the bell rang it brought me out from my thoughts and I left my class and headed towards my locker , Stella was waiting for me so I quickly grabbed my stuffs from the locker and we both headed towards her car and drove to hostel.

"Hey how was your day "? I asked

"Fine . Nothing interesting happend though . How was yours" ? She said nonchalantly

"Yeah it was fine . You remember the senior guy we met at the restaurant , he came and said hi to me this morning and asked about you too, I think he kinda likes you," I said smiling

"What ? Just because he asked about me doesn't mean he likes me christy", she said smirking

"I know but what if he actually likes you and ask you on a date? What would you say "? I was just praying that she would say that she's not interested and that he's not her type . Wait what , have I lost it why was I thinking this I should rather be happy for her. I waited for her reply

"Christy stop assuming things, nothing like that will happen . No doubt he's good looking but seriously I don't have an answer for your question right now . Anyway forget about him btw this girl in my math class she invited me to a party today and said it woul be fun , so do you think we should go ", she asked nervously

"Of course we should . I am socially awkward but that doesn't mean I would miss a college party", I said smiling

"Cool then I will tell her to text me the address later", she said

We reached our hostel, unlocked our room and Stella staright away jumped on the bed , while I took my toiletries and headed towards the bathroom for a quick shower. I came back after sometime ans saw Stella was in a deep slumber whereas I changed into my pjs and a top. I was all pumped up for tonight party but at the moment I was bit tired so I decided to take a nap.
