Yeonjun had missed 3 dates because of Kai's sister needing her best friend. It irked me to the core but I never said anything since that was his best friend. I left the restaurant and went home. I turned off all my electronics and sat in the dark minding my own business watching a movie.
"Babe I am sorry please open the door. Why won't you answer my texts or calls."
I could hear Yeonjun banging on my door but I stayed quiet hoping he would go away. I didn't want to deal with him right now. It would not end pretty. I was very heated and needed to calm down.
"Yeonjun I don't think she's home"
I heard her voice and that's when I saw red. I opened the door and looked at Yeonjun then back at Lea. I scoffed and pushed Yeonjun now crying hysterically.
"3 dates 3 FUCKING DATES!!! YOU HAVE MISSED WITH NO TEXT OR CALL. I GET SHE IS YOUR BEST FRIEND BUT I AM YOUR GIRLFRIEND FOR FUCK SAKES. I AM IMPORTANT TOO. I NEVER GET TO SEE YOU ANYMORE AND RIGHT NOW I- I don't want to see you for a few day."
I looked at his face full of fear and walked inside locking everything behind me. I slide down the door and cried into my knees.
"Baby please open the door let's talk please. I know I messed up please. Please don't shut me out. We have come a long way for you to trust me."
I opened the door and looked at him Lea was uncomfortable and got the hit to leave.
"And in a matter of 2 weeks you have managed to break that process."
I went to close the door again but he stopped it with his foot.
"Baby Lea is just my best friend come on you know how it is?"
He walked in and came to hug me but I stopped him placing my hand on his chest.
"You obviously are mistaking me for someone else because my best friend used to be you. And now we are taking so I don't have a best friend anymore and it looks like I don't have a boyfriend either."
I walked away but he caught me and pushed me up again the wall.
"I NEVER WANT TO HEAR YOU SAY THAT AGAIN! I LOVE YOU AND ONLY YOU!"
"IF THAT WAS TRUE YOU WOULD SEE THAT LEA LOVES YOU AND WANTS TO BE WITH YOU BUT YOU DONT! YOU ARE BLINDED BY WHAT AT THIS POINT?"
He looked away from me realization finally hitting him. He looked into my glassy eyes filled with tears threatening to spill. His hands on my arms were tight and I knew it would leave an unintentional bruise since I bruise very easily.
"I am sorry"
He whispered hugging me. My shoulder felt wet which told me he was crying.
"I really want to say it's okay but I need time to build up to that."
I whispered making him sob louder.
"I'll do anything to show you I am serious about you and only you. Please don't make us start over"
I swollen down my sobs trying to stay strong.
"I won't make us start over but I also need time. Give me a few days okay"
"Is this a break up? Please don't break up with me baby!"
"It's not a break up just give me time to get over the pain I have been feeling for a few weeks."
He nodded understanding and hugged me tight. He pulled away and kissed me before walking out the door.
"I love you"
He whispered loud enough for me to hear.
"I love you too"
