Time skip 2 weeks later
"(Y/N) come on please don't go on another date with him please." I sighed at Yeonjuns begging.
"Yeonjun what's it to you anyway?" It had been two weeks since the breakfast fiasco with both Soobin and Yeonjun. He wasn't happy that I was seeing Soobin more often, but he wasn't really being open either. He never gave me a reason why I shouldn't go.
"I want to spend time with you please. You are abandoning me for him lately." I rolled my eyes and took a deep breath to calm down.
"Look Yeonjun... You know how many times you abandoned me for some girl you only went out with for 2 weeks max. Do you know how many times you ditched me for your friends. Before Mimi I had only you but you also had many people. How many times did I beg you to stay and you never did?" I said calmly but anger was rising quickly.
"That's different and you know that," he replied.
"No it's not and you know that." My patience was running low.
"IT IS DIFFERENT BECAUSE I WAS TRYING TO GET YOU OUT OF MY HEAD! I WAS TRYING TO MOVE ON FROM YOU!" He yelled, causing Mimi to open the door and me turn to him. This was happening right here right now and it wasn't the way any of us wanted it to go.
"GET ME OUT OF YOUR HEAD? I HAVE NEVER EVEN LOOKED AT ANYONE ROMANTICALLY EVER UNLESS IT WAS YOU! NOW I SHOW A LITTLE BIT OF INTEREST TO SOMEONE ELSE AND YOU WHINE AND COMPLAIN?" The angry tears were running freely down my face now.
"I used to cry every time I saw you with another girl. I told myself I was never going to be good enough since middle school when I finally realized I was in love with you. I came to the conclusion that your feelings would always be platonic and I would be stuck in a one sided love forever. I came to the conclusion that I will never be the main character, not even in my own story. So don't please don't you dare come out with that right now." I wiped my tears, took my purse and coat and stormed out of the house.
Yeonjun POV
I was angry at how that turned out, but was devastated she would even think that way and I put her through that with no knowledge of it. I throw myself on the couch and put my head in my hands. The couch dipped next to me signaling Mimi sitting next to me.
"Mimi where did I go wrong? Please tell me!" I turned to her sniffling holding back the tears threatening to spill.
"You fucked up when you were not truthful about your feelings. The night she met Soobin and you got drunk... I told her everything, But she also told me all her feelings. You were both wrong she is not excluded in this, but you two need to sit down and talk about this when things have calmed down" I nod agreeing with Mimi. She truly was an Angel and I was so glad I could call her family.
(Y/N) POV
I walked to where I was meeting Soobin which was just around the corner of my building. He waved me over to where him and his friends were.
"Hey Beautiful" He kissed my cheek and I gave him a half smile. "Everything okay" I just nodded and he put his arm around my waist turning us to introduce me to his friends. I had seen some of them around campus and in my classes. There were some I had never seen assuming they were freshman.
"Hey Guys this is (Y/N), (Y/N) these are the boys" I smile and give them a quick polite Hi.
"Wow Soobin, how did you manage to get her. If anyone went near her Yeonjun would have already threatened them." I furrow my eyebrows and process what he said.
"What did you say?" I asked and Soobin cleared his throat while taking a sip of his drink.
"Um... I said that if anyone went near you with intentions of dating you Yeonjun would have threatened them already." I scoffed and bit the inside of my cheek. The fear in his eyes was evident as he knew he wasn't supposed to say that let alone say that to me.
