I looked back to see the door opening and (y/n) walking in with her book. She quietly sat on the couch behind me and pulled her legs up under her, wrapping the blanket around her small figure, and opened her book to begin reading.
"Whatcha reading?" I asked not even turning around.
"A book Namjoon recommended" she simply replied. I could hear the pages turn every few minutes making me smile at just her presence in the room.
"Is it good?" I asked clicking through some things on my screen.
"So far it is" she replied making me turn to look at her so immersed in the book. I pushed the swivel chair away from my desk to scoot closer to her. I took the book from her hands and scooted closer to my desk again.
"Hey give that back" she whined making me silently chuckle.
"Come get it" I teased. She stood up and reached for the book but I jerked it away quickly causing her to huff in annoyance.
"Yeonjun" she whined again pouting her bottom lip out. I could personally never resist that face.
"Okay fine but listen to this first." I pull her to sit on my lap my her waist and wrap my arms around her placing my chin on her shoulder from behind. I pressed the space bar of my keyboard for the music to start playing.
"This is good what is this?" She asked bopping her head to the beat.
"It's a new song for my mixtape," I said pressing the space bar again.
"So Choi Daniel is debuting?" She giggled remembering how I wanted to use a different name for my mixtapes.
"Yes," I tickled her laughing at her reaction. I poked my lips out asking for a kiss which she gladly gave me.
"You are so needy" she chuckled and pecked my lips again.
"I literally am only needy occasionally and only for you my dear" I defended myself playfully offended.
"Is that so... what about Soobin?" She questioned making me gasp dramatically.
"Well, I mean..." I started but she just stood up laughing and shaking her head.
"Book please" she put her hand out and got back under the blanket on the couch. I shook my head and placed the book back in her hand. I was so smitten over this girl it's insane.
