The Support

Prologue

The crowd around the octagon ring was screaming as the two men inside started to fight for their own lives.

One of those men was the Chief Master Sergeant, Jaypee Macaraeg.

He grinned when he saw his enemy take a step back because of his hit, Jaypee took that as an opportunity to end the fight early.

And as the other man's body landed on the ring's floor, the crowd wildly cheered.

Jaypee let out a huff and removed the gloves on his hand, he was about to exit from the ring when he heard his enemy's groan.

He looked back and his eyes widened when the man started to shake uncontrollably.

Being a med school graduate, he immediately responded and checked on him.

"Holy shit." He muttered. "Someone call an ambulance!" He screamed as he started to do first aid.

"What is happening!?" The owner of the building asked as he reached the ring.

"He is having a seizure, I think his head hit the floor hard." He explained. "He might also have an internal concussion." He added.

"There is no way that I will let an ambulance go here." Ani naman ng may-ari ng building while Jaypee was giving a first aid to that man.

"What did you just say?" Inis naman na tanong ni Jaypee sa lalaki.

"I said, no one will call an ambulance." Sagot naman ng lalaki.

"And you will let him die!?" Jaypee exclaimed then he grabbed the man's collar and pushed him against the cage.

Someone put a hand on Jaypee's shoulder and pushed him away from the owner of the building, Jaypee looked at who is it and he saw a figure of a woman.

The woman flipped her hair and put her forearm on the owner's neck, pushing him back into the cage again but this time. Someone is choking him.

"You know what, I am not going to ask you if you have a conscience." The woman said and fished out her phone. "I am calling the ambulance." She declared at mabilis na nag-type ng number sa screen niya.

"You bitch, my business will be ruined!" The owner said.

"I know, but either way. You're still going to jail." The woman said while still typing on her phone. "It's either...an ambulance will come and later on they will call the police or the man will die because the owner refused to call an ambulance." She added.

Akmang magsasalita pa sana ang may-ari ng building but the woman just used her phone to punch the man that he is holding.

Jaypee's mouth hung open when she successfully knocked out the man unconscious.

"Okay everyone, get out from this building. NOW!" She commanded at kaagad namang sumunod ang mga tao mula sa utos niya.

Jaypee let out a sigh at saka tumingin sa babaeng iyon na kasalukuyang chin-check ang lalaking walang malay.

The man stopped shaking already but it doesn't mean he doesn't need medical attention anymore.

"Let's get out of here." The woman said.

"Wha--No! I am staying here." Pagmamatigas naman ni Jaypee.

"Chief Master Sergeant Macaraeg." The woman stated at napahinto naman doon ang binata.

"Bakit kilala mo ako?" He asked in a dangerous tone but it didn't affect the woman. She just smirked.

"I just happened to know you." She said and looked at the entrance of the building.
