ROBIN DEFINITELY HAD A plan at some point. He just could not remember when it spiralled out of control. Maybe he should've at least told Loki some part of the plan. That could have been where it went wrong. He was not sure. What he did know, was that he was being tackled to the floor.

There was a brief flash of blue before he was on the ground. Pietro had brought him to the ground. Robin grunted as his back collided with the pavement. "Get off me, Maximoff," He hissed, pushing Pietro's chest to get him off.

"Stop running away then!" Pietro countered, gripping Robin's arms to keep him pinned to the floor.

The two boys struggled for a moment before Robin had enough. "Sorry, but I can't stay," He breathed out, before kicking the blonde aside and running off.

He ran. It was all he could do. Pierre would be back on him any second. He wanted - needed - to get away. He snuck a glance back, and saw that Loki was being held by his brother. He caught Robin's eye, and mouthed "go." Robin couldn't disobey. He closed his eyes, still running, and concentrated. He concentrated as hard as he possibly could.

When he opened his eyes again, he sighed in relief. It had worked. He let his body fall to the floor, and he laughed. To anyone watching, he would seem crazy. But he was happy. He was home. He was back at Camp Half-Blood. The sign stared down at him, the magic aura glistening invisibly.

Robin pulled himself back to his feet. His eyes were threatening to close, and every step felt like a chore. The adrenaline was wearing off. But he pulled through. He was back, after all. His safe haven.

"Robin?" Asked a familiar voice.

Robin glanced up. Standing little ways away was Nico DiAngelo. Robin couldn't help himself. He ran over and threw himself into the younger boy's arms. Nico staggered back, but after a moments hesitation, hugged him back.

"What are you doing here?" Nico questioned. He could have sworn Robin was staying with those superheroes...

"I had to get away," Robin said breathlessly. Nico just stood there, letting Robin hold him. He knew it was what he needed.

"Do you want to see Chiron?" Nico asked tentatively.

Robin nodded, sighing as he pulled away. "Yeah, yeah that's a good idea," He murmured, following Nico to where Chiron was.

Robin was silent. It was unusual, to say the least. He wanted nothing more than to be back in the comfort of a home that was his, sitting on the couch and watching TV. But he knew that was a dream way out of his reach. He had left. No matter what the Avengers said before, he was still wanted. A wanted man. They would stop at nothing to discover his secrets once they knew he had some. Some that they could use, exploit to find other people to risk their lives on the front line against HYDRA or whatever next villain would pop up. Robin could not have that. He could not put his friends, or any other demigod at risk. They had enough to deal with, with the gods and all.

Robin found Chiron with Mr D, sitting on the porch of the Big House. The presence of the pair made him feel flighty better.

"Oh, great," Dionysus huffed, "the idiot is here."

Robin gave a genuine smile. "Nice to see you too, Mr D," He said, giving a quick wave to the retreating Nico (who had spotted Will and was leaving immediately.)

"Ah, Robin, it's been awhile," Chiron commented, glancing up from the game he and the god of wine were playing.

Robin nodded, stuffing his hands into his pockets. "I know," He murmured. "I figured this was the safest place for me."

"What, got sick of your superhero posey?" Dionysus mocked.

"Something like that," Robin responded vaguely. He hesitated. "Are any of my friends here," He asked uneasily.

Chiron gestured over to the climbing wall. "Go see for yourself."

Robin have a small thanks, and made his way in that direction. He was quick to spot Piper first and a grin made its way onto his face.

"Well, if it isn't the prettier Daphne Blake," He called out to her, smirking.

Piper almost let go of the climbing wall upon hearing his voice. Robin was here? Since when? Last she had seen, he was hanging around those famous heroes. What was he doing back? Quickly, Piper scaled back down the wall. She ran over to the tan boy, engulfing him in a hug, then pulled away and punched him in the shoulder. Hard.

"Ow! What was that for?" Robin complained.

"I haven't seen you in months!" Piper exclaimed. "You come back, after weeks of radio silence, and great news with a Scooby-Doo nickname?!"

Robin smiled sheepishly. "Sorry?"

Piper scoffed, shaking her head. She turned back to the other three who were climbing the wall, and yelled out to them to get down here, while maybe sneaking some charmspeak into her words to make sure they came as quickly as possible.

Jason, Percy and Annabeth all came down to see Robin, each of them with their own reactions to seeing the boy they had not seen in a long time.

Jason quickly brought his half brother into a hug, and did not let go for a few seconds, even when Robin tried to pull away.

Annabeth slapped his shoulder, hard. And chose to scold him on not even trying to reach out with anyone, having to hear from Leo that he was still alive, and even then, it had been awhile.

Percy just chose to do their handshake (Robin was surprised he remember, since so much time had passed.)

"Alright, chill out, Scooby Gang," Robin joked, rubbing his shoulder where a bruise would likely develop thanks to the girls. "I just got back."

Annabeth crossed her arms. "You better explain yourself, Robin."

Without hesitation, the son of Zeus did. He told them everything, from what had happened with Asteroid, to the complete randomness that was the aliens, to HYDRA. He explained his haywire powers, and his theories on how the mind control thing with that alien was a ploy manufactured by the organization that kidnapped him. By the end, he had his friends staring at him, baffled.

"You're in trouble again," Percy mused out loud.

Robin shrugged, trying for a lopsided smile. "Maybe?"

Jason shook his head. "I just can't believe you keep running away from the Avengers. Isn't it getting tiring?"

"Of course it is!" Robin snapped unintentionally. "But I can't keep lying to them. If I stay any longer, someone's going to end up dead." He looked away, crossing his arms.

"You're just running away," Annabeth stated. "You don't want to get attached."

"Worse," Piper said, glancing at the other girl. "He already did."

Robin sighed. It was all that was needed to confirm Piper's suspicions. Annabeth shook her head.

"Oh, Robin... you're in trouble, but time. And I don't know if we can get you out of it."
