PIETRO WASN'T WORRIED THAT he was moving too fast. He really liked his girlfriend, and she really liked him. So he decided to introduce her to the team. When he told her, she was really excited. She agreed to meet them with an odd glint in her eyes, and said they could do it right that day. They were out at the park together when he put the offer out, and then, before you knew it, she was in his arms and he used his super speed to carry her to the Tower, ignoring the paparazzi.

The Avengers, minus Robin, and the Guardians were very confused as to who this random girl was. She was blonde, but not like Annabeth Chase, whom Bruce, Sam, Tony and Maria encountered the previous year. It was a bleached blonde, which somehow complimented her pale complexion, and the immense amount of makeup on her face. She wore an extremely short shirt, so much so that no one knew if it could really count as a shirt, alone with very short jean shorts, which, much to the women's amazement, were white. That was impressive.

Pietro was very excited to introduce her, no longer seeming bothered that Robin was still missing. While Maria had retrieved Steve and Bucky and brought them back, there was still no sign of the missing boy.

"Everyone, this is Arielle, my girlfriend. Arielle, this is everyone," Pietro introduced, a wide smile on his face.

She waved, her chest out confidently. "It's so nice to meet you all!" She said in a screechy high-pitched voice. "I've heard so much about you guys!"

Loki, who was standing the closest to her (other than Pietro), winced as her voice reached his ears. He huffed and crossed his arms. Why was she here? They should be trying to find Robin, for Odin's sake! Not that he liked the boy or anything. He just liked him more than this girl, though he just met her.

"It's... nice to meet you too," Tony said hesitantly. He didn't want to be rude, but he also wanted to find Robin, then complete the pieces for the Guardians' ship.

Pietro pushed her forward, telling her to go socialize. She didn't think twice as she did. She skipped over to anyone who would talk to her, mostly just flirting with the guys, not that her boyfriend noticed. He was too busy staring at her lovingly to notice anything was wrong. Their faces should have been enough to tell him, but he was oblivious.

Wanda approached her brother carefully, trying to hide her jealousy as Arielle practically jumped onto her crush.

"Do you think this was the best time, Pietro? To introduce her?" She asked, scared for his reaction.

Pietro shrugged, not even glancing her way. "We all need a distraction, don't we?"

She didn't reply. A distraction? All she wanted was to find her best friend. She stepped away and went to find Natasha, hoping to be able to talk to her about her worries.

Downstairs, Robin was waiting for the elevator to bring him to the floor where FRIDAY said everyone was. It was going much too slow. Morpheus used his godly abilities to bring them here, and then left to go find something to do. Hopefully to put his abilities to good use.

Finally, he arrived at the floor. The elevator door opened and he stepped out, but no one seemed to notice. Robin made a beeline to the first person he saw - Pietro. He engulfed the boy in a hug.

Pietro tensed and immediately pushed him away, not registering who it was. He turned to see Robin, a crestfallen look on his face. The demigod felt his heart shatter into a million pieces from that. Before Pietro could do anything, Wanda pushed him aside and gave the pink haired boy a hug. He didn't hesitate to hug back.

Pietro opened his mouth to apologize, but Robin just gave him a teary eyed glare and focused his attention on Wanda.

"What happened, Robin?" She asked, her showed blazing with concern.

"Glenn," He choked up. "My friend, he died."

Wanda gave him another hug. She had never seen him cry. He must've been very close to Glenn to be vulnerable in front of the entire team. She gently took his hand. Before they could leave the crowded area, Pietro had already dragged his girlfriend over to introduce her to Robin, thinking it would cheer him up.

"Hey, have you met Arielle?"

Robin blinked away his tears to focus on the girl in question. She looked familiar, but he couldn't place his finger on where he knew her from. She could, however. Her look hardened upon seeing him, but she put on a fake smile. It wasn't a motion Robin missed.

"I don't think I have," He said stoically. He didn't bother shaking her extended hand.

"Oh! Well, this is Arielle, my girlfriend. Ari, this is my friend Robin." The speedster didn't seem to notice the tension.

"Right," Wanda said after a beat of awkward silence. "I think Robin needs to get some rest, wouldn't you agree?"

Robin nodded, not saying one word. The two walked into the elevator, leaving Pietro and Arielle alone.

Tony joined them, his eyebrows furrowed. "Was that Robin?"

"Yeah," Pietro responded with a carefree shrug. Now that Tony was here, Arielle seemed to be in a much better mood than when Robin was there, but no one seemed to notice.

"The same Robin that was missing?"

"I just said yes."

"You never said anyone was missing," Arielle said with a faux worried expression.

"Sorry, baby," Pietro said to her sheepishly. He wrapped an arm around the girl's shoulders and led her back to the others, going to talk to them. He hoped they would get along with Arielle.

Tony scrunched up his nose at the couple and awkwardly stepped away to talk to Bruce.

"We can both agree that she is definitely not loyal to the kid, right?" Tony asked, watching the girl interact with the others.

"Definitely. Do we tell him?"

"Let's not yet, we don't have proof."
