Shivering from the cold, you pulled your brown autumn coat closer to your body to shield you from the wind coming your way.
Autumn was ending soon which can only mean that winter was just around the corner.
A lot has happened ever since that day Yoongi found you out. To be honest, you're grateful that Yoongi wasn't like the others who thought you were crazy or cursed, but instead thought you were amazing.
It was a rare feeling and you felt different from then on.
Still, that didn't make you want to keep your abilities forever. You still wanted to be normal someday.
You didn't want to meet people and see this awful red glow come from them. Knowing that someone was ill wasn't pleasant, especially if there was nothing you could do to help them.
Slowing down to a stop, you made it to the front of the Asclepius hospital. You wondered what events would unfold today. Chief Kim's office was still on your to-do list afterall.
Not only that, but you still needed to see Jin at some point and ask him about yesterday. He hadn't returned home last night and even though him and Namjoon were still very suspicious, you couldn't help but be worried for him.
"Move" someone had shoved past you to get inside, making you groan in pain from the harsh force and looking up to see who had done it.
To no surprise, it was Kim Taehyung – your arch nemesis.
He too wore a long brown coat to keep him warm from cold outdoors and he didn't bother to look back and apologise.
"Can't I just punch him once?" You asked to no one in particular as you started to crack your knuckles.
Before you could go and cause damage, someone else had shoved past you and once you noticed the familiar bright pink hair, you knew who it was.
"Hey!" You yelled, wondering why Jimin would do it as well. Instead of turning around and being his pervert-y self, he simply continued walking forward, as if he hadn't heard you at all.
He looked to be in his own thoughts and ignoring the world around him.

The last time you saw him unlike himself was when his mother came. Perhaps it has something to do with her again.

Sighing to yourself, you could only go in and take everything head on like you would always do.

You had just changed in the locker rooms and quickly made your way to A&E where you were supposed to meet Doctor Min for him to give you things to do today.
Making your way over to the reception desk where you all usually waited, Taehyung and Jimin were already there standing idly.
Taehyung was busy typing away on his tablet, nerdy stuff you assumed.
Jimin on the other hand was in a daze and was leaning on the desk, not even trying to flirt with the nurse next to him.
Yeah, something is definitely strange with him.
"Ahem..." you cleared your throat to get their attention but Jimin was too entranced in his thoughts and Taehyung just didn't want to look at you.
"...I said AHEM!" finally, the two looked at you.
"Oh, hey Y/N" Jimin muttered before returning back to his thoughts.
"Do you have a throat infection, Miss Attention Seeker?" You raised a brow at four eyes before crossing your arms.
"I'm waiting for an apology. You can't just go shoving people out of your way" it was his turn to raise a brow at you.
"I don't shove people, I only shove brats out of my way" you scoffed at this.
"You've got issues"
"Oh no, I'm hurt" he mocked before returning to his tablet. Was it just you or was the air so heavy today? Hopefully it wouldn't be like this for the rest of the day.
Suddenly, Taehyung noticed someone coming from the corner of his eye to which he stood straighter and put his tablet at his side before bowing deeply to greet his superior.
"Morning Doctor Min!" It was as if he had been recruited to be in the military by the way he asserted himself. You just eyed him up like he was weird.
Yoongi walked over while scrolling on his tablet and didn't bother to look up before replying back to his junior.
"Morning, I see you're trying to butter me up. Don't" taken aback, Taehyung looked down in embarrassment before apologising quietly. You, however, were confused by this conversation at hand and urged for someone to explain.
"Butter you up for what?" Yoongi looked up finally for a brief second before returning back to his tablet.
"Chief Kim is allowing one of you to join the upcoming surgery for the twins in four days. He has given me the responsibility to pick" you ah'd in response once you realised why Taehyung was being different.
Looking over to Jimin who had yet to realise that Doctor Min was in his presence, you gave him a nudge which was enough to make him look at you and Doctor Min.
His eyes widened as he scrambled to a more professional stance before clearing his throat apologetically.
"Morning Doctor Min"
"Yeah yeah, okay listen up. Since I need to decide on who will join the team by tomorrow, I will need to test you all today" you watched as he flipped his tablet to show you all how he will test.
The screen displayed three patient profiles with all of their details beneath.
"I'll give you three each a patient who have serious symptoms but have yet to be diagnosed. Your job is to diagnose them and then help them on the path to recovery. Jimin, your patient is located in the elderly ward and one of the nurses should tell you who it is. Taehyung, your patient is located in the rehabilitation ward and Y/N" your ears perked up at the sound of your name, wondering where you will be headed off to be tested. Even though you knew that Yoongi wouldn't pick you to join the team anyway.
As if you would be in the surgery.
"...you're with me here, helping A&E patients" with that, Yoongi dismissed the other two. Jimin huffed out in annoyance before trudging his way out and muttering words under his breath.
"Not the elderly ward again..." Next was Taehyung who simply glared at you, knowing that you would be with Yoongi by using your 'wicked tricks'.
Once the two left to their own patients, you could finally relax knowing that you weren't doing anything major today.
But that was when you remembered who you were stuck with for the rest of the day.
Sure, Namjoon and Jin were suspicious but the way they mentioned how Yoongi was going to ruin things at this rate, you didn't know who to trust.
