Assemble

(Third POV)

It was a few days after Sage and Pietro had gone to see Nova and Peter.

Sage was still kind of upset that they had to leave quickly and that Nova had tried to use her powers on her.

But right now her and Pietro were rushing to get everything in their house boxed up or covered with white sheets so it doesn't collect dust.

If your wondering why, it's because Steve had told them on comms to be ready as their was a new threat they needed to help with.

And that he was coming to get us with Nat and Sam, and that he knows where Wanda and Vision are and they will go get them.

Sage and Pietro were just nearly done with covering everything when there was a knock at their door.

Both looked at each other with worried eyes as Steve had told them the bad guys were from space.

They didn't know of it was going to be the team at the door, the bad guys, people who work for the state or someone who got lost on the way to see the northern lights.

They tip toe down the hallway of the house, Pietro grabbing his runners and putting them on and making sure the rope was still near the door just incase.

While Sage used her telekinesis to make all the knives, pots and pans float behind them incase it was an attacker.

Pietro glanced at Sage when they got to the door and she gave him a nod and then he unlocked the door and quickly opened it.

Breaths were released when they saw Captain America standing outside in gear and next to him The Falcon with his big wings on his back.

"Well, nice to see we're welcome", Sam joked, looking at all the utensils floating behind the pair.

"It's good to see you two", Steve told them.

"You too", Sage said, as she gave Steve a hug.

"I see you've decided to grow a beard", Pietro said as he shook hands with Steve and moved over to Sam after Sage finished hugging him.

"See you haven't shaved", Steve laughed, the others joining in.

"Where's Nat?", Sage asked Steve.

"She's back in the jet"; he nodded towards the jet both have just noticed.

Sage dashed towards the jet and ran inside and looked around and was surprised to see Natasha, only she was now blonde and not red.

"Are you just going to stare or give me a hug", Nat smiled.

Sage quickly snapped out of her shocked look and went over and hugged Nat.

"I like your hair", Sage said.

"Thanks, and I know you went to see her", Nat said, giving Sage a look, but she was only joking really, well kinda.

"So let's go get Wanda and Vision", they heard Steve's voice ring through the ship.

Sage went over and then took a seat next to Pietro and buckled in, so they could get to their next destination.

"How'd you know about the threat?", Pietro asked none in particular.

"We got a call", Steve answered.

"By who", Sage looked up.

"Nova", he smiled.

Sage just nodded before looking down, Pietro holding her hand and giving it a squeeze, running his thumb along the ring and smiling as she leaned her head on his shoulder.
