(Third POV)

Hours had gone by and it had probably been around half a day since Tony was here, and everyone was quiet just sitting in there cells.

Pietro and Sage were still in the same cell, cuddled up to each other as much as they could asleep.

It was then the place went dark and silent, but they could hear guards running past the big steel doors.

Then a noise came from the ceiling, and it kept getting louder and louder till it stopped, and a figure dropped down from it.

That figure was none other than Steve Rogers, Captain America.

(Timeskip)

Since Steve got them out of prison, everyone from Team Cap has been on the run, and Nat who helped Steve.

Wanda and Vision left and went somewhere together, Clint and Scott decided to go on house arrest so they could be with their families and Steve, Sam and Nat were either gone separate ways or together.

Pietro and Sage decided to stick with each other, like Wanda and Vision, and Steve and Nat said it was fine as long as they always knew where they were incase of emergency.

So Sage and Pietro had decided to take up life in Noway, where it is cold and snows, and where they can go on romantic walks and see the Northern lights.

It had taken awhile to adjust to their new life, as they were used to having loads of people around, but now they could just sit around and be with each other.

They never got bored of each other, they could just sit in silence and be happy.

Thought they did miss everyone back home, they couldn't talk or visit them or they would be arrested.

And even worst, Steve had told them Wanda and Vision had turned off all their stuff, meaning we didn't know where they were or if they were okay.

Pietro had spent a whole week freaking out and nearly went to leave the house to go run around the world to find Wanda, but Sage had convinced him out of it, fearing he might get caught.

----------------

It was another day and Pietro had left to go on a shopping run and Sage was left home alone to think.

She was sitting on the couch looking out the window as it snowed. She didn't know because it felt like a few minutes to her but it was actually two hours of her just staring out of the window.

And that's how Pietro founded her when he came home.

"Princessa, I'm home", Pietro called as he opened the door, taking his shoes off, before walking to put the bags in the kitchen.

"Princessa?", he called again, when he didn't get an answer.

"Sage", he yelled, now getting a bit panicked and dropping everything he was doing, speeding around the house.

He stopped when he saw Sage deep in thought in the living room with tears in her eyes, cautiously making his way over to her.

"Princessa", Pietro said, putting his hand on her shoulder, making her jump and turn to face him quickly.

"Hey, hey, it's just me", Pietro cooed.

"Oh, Piet. That was quick", Sage said, holding his hand.

"Princessa, what do you mean I was gone for two hours?", Pietro asked confused.

"You were?", Sage asked.

"Yes", Pietro nodded.

"Oh", she looked down at the ground.

"What's wrong", he asks concerned. "What's running through that little head of yours."

"I'm just thinking of everyone", she told him. "Nothing important."

"Well if it's troubling you it's important", Pietro told her. "Tell me."

"No, you're already worried. I don't need to be maki-"

"I'll worry either way. But I'll be more worried if you don't tell me what's wrong", he cut her off. "Now, cmon, tell me."

"Okay", Sage sighed, Pietro giving her an encouraging smile.

"It's just, everything is so difficult. And I miss Tony because he's like a dad to me and was always there and now he's gone and I just want to go down and tinker with him in the lab. And then seeing Bucky again who's another father figure helping me and Nova through Hydra and I barely got to see him, an-"

Sage cut herself off with a big sob and tears started streaming down her face, and Pietro quickly hugged her rubbing her back.

"And Nova, I've never spent a day without seeing her ever since Hydra and now I can't even send her a text to know if she's okay. I just wish things were different."

Pietro didn't say anything for a few minutes but just held her as she cried, knowing she needed comfort in that moment.

"I know it's hard, princessa. Now that you can't see her and knowing if she's okay, but you don't really have to worry", Pietro started, rubbing circles on Sages back. "Nova can handle herself' and she has Tony, Rhodey and the bug boy to help her. I know you'll worry anyway, because I know I do with Wanda, but Nova is more than capable of handling her own, I and you know she can. But, you'll see, this will all blow over, maybe not soon, but it will."

"Thank you", Sage said after a few minutes of silence. "I don't know what I'd do without you."

"Probably have men drooling after you, without me scaring them away", Pietro chuckled, Sage laughing before going serious.

"No, I mean it. Without you, I wouldn't have been able to find me and probably would have signed those accords and died on a mission", Sage said, looking into his eyes.

"I think you give me too much credit. You literally saved my life, princessa. You bring out the real me, instead of some cocky, sonic attitude. I owe you my life", Pietro told her.

"You don't owe me anything, the only thing I want is your love", Sage said.

"Well that you already have, I'm pretty sure you have my heart on a pretty silver platter", Pietro chuckled, and kissed her nose. "As long as I have yours."

"I'm pretty sure you already took my heart when I stopped you all the way back at the base in Sokovia", Sage told him, putting her hands on his cheeks.

"Ah yes, I remember, even though you didn't talk or I couldn't see your face, I felt this shiver go through me when we made eye contact through your mask", Pietro thought back.

"I love you", Sage told him, looking into his eyes.

"I love you more", Pietro said, leaning up to give her a kiss.
