Strange was being held captive by the children of Thanos and was put into a sleep and surrounded by these type of weapons and woke up floating in the air, looking around at these type of shards or ice sticks he wasn't quite sure as he was still a bit out of it.
"In all the time I've served Thanos, I have never failed him", Squidward told Strange.
"Am I the only one who thinks he has a thing for thanks?", Nova whispered to Tony before he shushed her and she put her hands up in defence before they both looked back down at what was happening.
"If I were to reach our rendezvous on Titan with the Time Stone still attached to your vaguely irritating person there would be judgement."
As he said that, a few of the shard type sticks came up and floated in front of Stranges face and started piercing into all sides of his face.

Strange started breathing heavily as Squidward just stared at him. "Give me...", Squidward said and made the shards go in deeper. "The stone."
Stranges necklace started opening as the shards pierced him more and more, doing something to him yet not making him bleed.
Tony and Nova were standing above watching this happen, until they felt something behind them and Tony put his arms up, the sound of his lasers getting ready to shoot only to let out a breath when he saw Stranges cape.
"Wow, you're seriously a loyal piece of outerwear, aren't you?", Nova gave Tony a weird look for talking to a cape.
"Yeah, uh, speaking of loyalty....", they heard a voice trail off and both turned quickly to see Peter drop from the ceiling.
"Peter", Nova said in worry.
"What the-"
"I know what you're gonna say", Peter cut Tony off.
