Nova was just sitting in Peters room in one of Peter's t- shirts and a pair of plaid shorts with her navy hoodie tied around her waist watching the TV because Peter went on a school trip and as she was no longer in school, she couldn't go.
It was just getting to the jump scare part in the film when a big yellow circle appeared in the room and a man with black hair that had a white stripe and a red cloak came out of it making Nova scream and throw her popcorn in the air.
"What the hell! Who are you?", Nova asked, disappointed that she threw her popcorn on the floor.
"I'm Doctor Steven Strange and we need your help to save the universe", the man said.
"Okay, okay, okay", Nova mumbled. "Wait, what do you mean by 'we'?"
"I guess us", two people walked out of the portal, Tony having been the one to answer.
But Nova was more shocked to see Bruce standing next to him, having not seen Bruce since Ultron which was a few years ago.
"Hey Tony, how did talking to Pepper go? And Bruce, haven't seen you in a long time", she said, hugging both of them.
"We have no time for greetings", the Strange man said.
"Okay, sheesh", Nova said before following them through the mysterious yellow portal.
Well, more like falling through it as she hopped around trying to put on her shoes.

"At the dawn of the universe, there was nothing. Then....Boom", Wong said, as he used his magic to show the three what him and Strange were on about. "The Big Bang sent six elemental crystals hurtling across the virgin universe."
Nova snorted from where she was next to Tony when Wong said that and Tony gave her a scolding look, even though he had a glint of amusement in his eyes.
"These Infinity Stones each control an essential aspect of existence", Wong told them as his magic then showed five stones.
"Space", Strange said, and the blue stone glowed.
"Reality", the red one.
"Power", the purple one.
"Soul", the orange one.
"Mind", the yellow one.
"And time", when Strange said this he looked down at his chest and did a weird hand motion that opened the necklace hanging from his neck.
When the necklace opened a bright green light appeared and revealed the time stone.
"Tell me his name again", Tony spoke.
"Thanos", Bruce breathed out. "He's a plague, Tony. He invades planets. He takes what he wants. He wipes out half the population. He sent Loki. The attack on New York, that's him."
